That toxic waste tunnel was the utter worst in game design. The one joint with electrified water in Nova Prospekt wasn't so bad since it didn't have zombies and you weren't instantly heavily injured the moment you hit the water.

^Hahhah, that actually pretty clever for a bot.

I really don't know. I kept looking for it myself.

Probably not, not anywhere soon at least. While having garnered decent critical acclaim, I don't think it was very popular. Edit: On a completely unrelated note:Watch this Edit2 upon reading this, I realised how much I watch this stuff without really enjoying any of it: pwnage spiral robot action, reclusive freaks with perverted imaginations, weird psychic super humans. martial arts fanatics with demons, lolicon wives, red haired chicks with no boobs, mermaids, mystical water spirits, teachers in despair who have strange names that kids make fun of, trees of life and a floating continent, ovas and movies, super smart poor girls that look like boys, pirates that have a grass floor on their ship, music talent, ninjas, emo-looking singers who have respiratory problems with pregnant friends, crazy doctors, hot guys with blue eyes, a weird girl who talks to ghosts and goes back in time, a messenger of death, logos, mutant humans with telekinetic powers, a psychotic freak with a book of death, guys in black coats and masks that can shock people to death, religious exorcists with a weird eye, another psychotic freak who kills his own sister for his conquest of world domination, girls with distorted torsos that can cause a group of thugs to vomit and not rape them, alchemists with metal disks for a heart, giant robots that fight alternate dimensions with robots, death gods with big-ass swords, a ronin(samurai without a master) who travels with a group of performers, buddhist monks who are HAWT, gamblers with weird noses, samurai with AFROS, a world of twelve year olds, a guy who travels around the world with no single motive talking to monsters, sucky ass animation with human eating monsters, a utopia with androids, anime promotional videos, and Kekkaishi, did I miss anything? With that notion on hand, I'll do something else with my free time for a couple of weeks. I'm soaking in this asian effluent as it is.

They look like crackwhores. Shandra also looks like a serious case of insomnia.

And charges are a laugh.

It would prove rather hard to finish Seirei no Moribito in style, considering it's the first book out of over 11. The story is anything but over. In any case, I've liked the series so far.

Dark Crusade Orkses are nevr beaten in battle! Well, duh. I'm the one commanding.

Riot Act is pretty decent. It's hard, it's pretty long, but relies too much on the themes and problems set by the original game. The devs would have done well to look at what all the mods since the release of HL 2 have done, instead of sitting in their ivory tower the whole development period of 3 years(apparently). As it is, it's a nice distraction, but doesn't really stand against Ravenholm or Minerva for instance.

^ Same. With the exception that I have a ton of stuff to do. "Period break", shuure, more like "Reading week". On Wednesday, I got a call from this Londonian and after scribbling my way through the last Finnish History lecture, I went to town with my old flatmates. Started with playing pool in a completely empty bar(sans some karaoke idiots) and enjoying the six hour-long happy hour. Afterwards, we saw a local band, called White Flame(decent Kravitz-rock, but the lead singer was the only one who fit the band) in a music club. The place was stuffed full, most of them gothy tryhards. I felt like I was a decade older than the average joe there. The atmosphere was decent enough though, since the band wasn't exactly bad at showmanship and I wasn't exactly sober either. Yesterday, I drudged through the classes but ended up getting a great apartment two kilometres away from Uni, on a site overlooking this docking bay. It's small like a closet, but the shared kitchen is going to spawn a wealth of interaction if nothing else. Rent isn't bad either. I mean, I'd love to have a roomy working space and all, but as it(no computer, no internet, not desk yet) is, I doubt I do much except cook and sleep there, heh. All in all, I'm well off in the academic life department. Now to just infiltrate iuris and administratum.

Both of those places(House of knives, orc caves) are a breeze when every single character is stoneskinned and buffed. Still not fun to wade through, though.

I bow before your superior...talents of recollection.

Britian Recuiting Spies Through Video Games

Well, it depends. In Splinter Cell:Chaos Theory for example, the advertisements were part of a milieu, like a large Pepsi ad in New York cityscape. Some games have modeled real world products into objects in the game, like certain movies or candies and the like. Those are not distracting, rather they actually fit very well in the context and don't detract from the game immersion or visual flair. But then there's horrible bull**** like the recent ad-releases of Prince of Persia and Raving Rabbids were the loading screens have been converted to advertisements for anything but contextually relevant(like other games in the series) products. Or Planetside(IIRC) where there's Mountain Dew advertisements in reactor core hallway. -
I'm also waiting for that Naruto game. I just hope I don't have to listen to the dub actors.

Yes, I also want pickelhaubes.

oh god... nothing better to do i take it? I've actually been looking for it. I want to play Ultima 5:Lazarus. A roommate stole my copy of the game ages ago.

What I want, is that Mercs 2 retains it's co-op campaign. I want to carpet bomb some of you online, fgs.

Yes, I forgot, sublime imagery there. I especially like the Fazer-ad-wannabe, heh.

It won't die! EAT. MISSILE. MOTHER****ER.

So should they be asked or want to make an expansion, Chult is a probability as a setting. Cool beans. It's not exaclty been a frequent rpg location.

Try Ion while you're at it, it's another similar project. Also: I'm jamming to this and having a nostalgic nerd-gasm:Journey to Silius, third level

I don't know, but Bioware becoming EA Edmonton would humor me to no end.
