:D Jesustesticles. I watched some of the old(93) Gunnm OVA and was pleasantly surprised. It's pretty hard to find, so I had to take what I could get and watched it with eng dub. A pretty decent 96 eng dub, likely the same people who made the borderline decent GitS dub back then. Gally's vo was teeth-grinding at times, but all the other characters were well done. Ugh, but how I hate dubbed anime. Now, I'm supposed to pick a series for Christmas week that I can watch in company, which I haven't seen and it has to be scifi. Without mechs. Oh, crap.

Killer B - Gangsta ****tii

I'm playing Tribes:Vengeance, a 9 euro find in a bargain bin. It's pretty darn fun and kinetic, but man this is a difficult game. I've never playd anything, sans Tribes 2, where the enemy moved so fast, the fire flew so slow and both were happening in mid-air. Ugh, it's possibly almost too hard for me. Well, back to the Witcher.

Uh, I should probably pick up something as a Christmas present for myself, but the problem is that I don't really want anything. I got the Witcher, my friends burned some anime and music for me, one gave me a Bob Marley anthology to play on the Eve etc, so I don't really feel like picking a game or dvd now. Hell, I think it's finally safe to say that for me Christmas isn't about the presents anymore. Sorta relief, heh. However, I do am going to pick up something, now that I've bought and made something for everyone else. I saw a Kurosawa box in the mall that I could peruse. Also, I started picking up French again after a 3 year hiatus, as a sort of a gift. Should be interesting. Happy hanukkah everyone, stay with your folks, because they stay won't with you.

I thought SHivering Isles was pretty awesome compared to the borefest(sans Emil's workmanship) that Oblivion presented. That said, Super Paper Mario really didn't belong on that list.

I thought Kaidan had an interesting background, very Biowarian but interesting. Kind of odd that the game doesn't have a gay romance option though. They did it in Jade Empire, pretty decently actually, so why not here?

The load times are seriously shorter now. It takes about 3 seconds to load when you enter a building and even the city sections take only about 20 seconds on my ancient rig. CDProjekt delivers!
