  1. Daft Punk - Something about us Goddamn, Discovery is such a great album. It's like a look into the childhood of an artist, or heck, into the childhood of anyone. I can't help but to identify myself with the tracks. Just...uncanny.
  2. Daft Punk - Superheroes
  3. Kummeli - Min
  4. Tale has left a lasting impression on this community, enough that I rather doubt he would stoop so low as to cheat for gamerscore. So, keep the jabs to yourself, ok?
  5. Hmm, it has to either Slave 1 or B-wing. Skipray blastboat is also really cool, as is the Naboo Fighter.
  6. IIRC that secret project was introduced fairly late into the development to help with one faction which had a horrible probe value(Gaians?). Not that it was a good design decision, that is. Probably the worst design idiocy I've ever encountered has got to be either: a)Oblivion's level scaling, everything scales to your level, except it isn't to your level but some arbitrary power level a developer or a tester has thought sufficient, which means around 80% ALL character builds are gimped and cannot survive after level 10. Fortunately, Shivering Isles didn't suffer so much from this. I pray every day for Fallout 3. b)Save point system past the year 2002, we have hard drives in consoles as of -02 and Xbox, so why the ****ing hell? Why does every darn jrpg force me to track back to save point every time I want to just stop playing for a while? Genre traditions? Eat a ****. c)Defender bonuses in (old)Civ games. I really don't want my battlecruiser to be killed by a smathering of archers and men in lion pelts, just because they happen to have favorable terrain and city walls. Call to Power anyone? d)End bosses and autosaves: Hello FarCry and helicopter battle on a sinking freighter! That game had the most inconsistent difficulty level ever anyway, though.
  7. ^Anthology 3 version is awesome. Ziggy Marley - True to myself
  8. Watch the ovas as well, they are pretty decent, minus the horrible Tenma fanservice in the first one. Also, congrats. Yeah, that sucks. Not that I've watched the series completely yet, but watching the episodes in unchronological order has so far only been a plus. Also, doesn't this kind of reorganization harm the original vision as well?
  9. Anouar Brahem - The Mozdok's Train
  10. Tell me about it, I've had an urge to install Rome:Total War and a ton of mods ever since I took a hiatus about year ago, but each time I insert the cd into the drive and the Gold edition autostart screen pops up, I suffer a guilty episode, harking back to a year of doing next to nothing except playing Total Realism, posting about it here. And I just can't bear an addiction of that magnitude again. 4x games should be given to players only with prescription.
  11. Windir - Sognariket sina krigarer
  12. Uh-huh. I have yet to buy the expansions, in fear of addiction.
  13. u r an hero Anyway, my list is missing Goldeneye 64, but that's not really for here or now. Carry on.
  14. I regret to inform that, with this remix, this thread has reached it's very peak of awsumness.
  15. Heh, I'm beginning to understand how greatly our tastes differ: My all time list: Thief:The Dark Project Halo series(particularly 1 and 3) Aliens vs. Predator 2 Half Life 2 Clive Barker's Undying
  16. My girlfriend visited my home and we had a smashing eve, paying a visit to an old friend of mine and showing my old neighbourhood to her. It's almost sad how much the place has changed in these last two years since I moved away. The old places I used to play in, the small thickets and woods, abandoned lots and pools that would fill with thaw water...everything is being renovated and built over. It has almost made me regret coming, I'd like to have retained the pristine yet dingy look in my memory, not these awful blocks of flats that now occupy those old spots. Nevertheless, it's been a good easter. God bless.
  17. Yo, Eldar: You better have a tough machine if you want it to both look good and run well. Once you have, ask around here and we'll link you to a dialogue enhancement mod.
  18. I agree about NOLF games beating HL 1 out of the water. But HL 2, no.
  19. Locked doors sadly stay locked, until certain story requirements are met or you get a key(basically the same thing). As for storage space, the bartender should have a dialogue branch where you can ask for item storage. I think you had to smooth talk a bit first. Sorry, I can't remember exactly, the horrible framerate of the first chapter doesn't exactly encourage me to restart just yet.
  20. Tribes: Vengeance I got totally hooked after a restart. It's 5:23 here and I'm calling it a day...
  21. Prophecy - Iron Cathedral
  22. Evil Horde & Roetaka - Infiltrator
  23. I luv'd Nuke, he always made such a great show about everything. He fought for the little people. For epic lulz.
