  1. Is there a way to check any of those? My computah skills are quite below average. I opened the case and cleaned it from dust, but there really wasn't all that much of it because the rig is so new. Oh, one more thing. I just tried TR:Legend demo(was fun) and another recurring glitch/error showed it's presence. Sometimes, no matter which game, it will stop for a few seconds, nothing in the screen for move when that happens and none of the controls, includng mouse will work, and the sound will keep repeating the part which was playing when the error began. Sometimes this ends with a blur screen of death and other times the game will resume.
  2. Pixies/Lou just won the internet.

Why should it? It's a comic book for christ's sake.

Spot on. Give it a try.
  6. I'm a-gonna try the demo for Tomb Raider 5 or whatever. Then I'll browso through various other demos, including B&W 2 and UberSoldier. I'll see if somehting strikes my fancy. Damned RTR for being so ****ing buggy. I can' play for ****, when the graphics die fragment and stretch and opening menus kills the computer.
  7. We didn't exactly need that, Potent.
  8. The editor never worked for some reason, so no. Thanks for the interest though. Hmm, Total Realism decided to go ape**** on me. Shadows and textures stretch and fragment, it crashes to blue screen every so often and windows reports it being harmful to the system. I hate that texture/shadow error, I've had it with so many games. I can't play anything properly anymore. Reisntalling doesn't help the games doesn't help and the saves become increasingly error-riddled the further I play them. It's like they'd get corrupted.
  9. Warlocks are my fav, I always have a ton of them and some vampires. That is, if I get lucky. Often instead of them I have to bear with demon spawns and tentacles. *sigh* What an awesome game.
  10. Woah! That's some paying.
  11. I can bear with babysitting that bottom for one episode, but they could kill her off in the second to make way for Real gameplay.
  12. One thing though, I would change RATM off the first place. Just an idle thought.
  13. I remember writing an essay why some of those bands sucked so badly. Highest possible grades. :D

****. That. ****. Yes, Red Son looked like a great comic when I browsed through a month or so back. I might buy it, even though I hold no love for DC. The setting and premise is just too delicious to pass by.
  17. I got lucky when I entered Kvatch at level 10. As an archer. Yeah, it damn well was a challenge, but the sigil stone I managed to enchant my bow with gave 10 electric damage and I pretty much won the quest because of it. Well, my arrows were goen halfways through, because I counted on finding some on the way and didn't stockpile any. The best part of Kvatch was when I stormed the castle with Suuvlan Matius, the captain. He would be blown unconscious after maybe three hits and I'd have to manage with a broken daedric longsword with my meager blade skill of 44 against a horde of daedra. :D Even though I kept yelling obscenities to the monsters everytime I missed my power attack or was staggered by a block("****! How's this even possible!" YOU SODDIN' ****MUNCHERS!"), it was actually rather enjoyable. I admit I did consider starting a new character when entering the church undercroft killed off all but one of the imperial legionnaires and the guard with the key(Ibean?) was killed right after, when entering the main yard revealed a dozen fire atronachs with a few clannfears and scamps to boot. The worst thing in Kvatch was the horrible lighting and the governing grey tone. I had to turn brightness to max in order to manage some hits against my foes. Scaling also wanted to have buttsechs with my poor Jacques. There was a daedroth, 8 feet of grey crocodilish ninja turtle power, in the counts quarters. I tried, died and loaded and earlier save. Never saw that daedroth again, there was just another fire bitch after the load.
  18. Little mistakes, little freudian mistakes. :D I'm waiting for Barbarian Invasion to sell even cheaper, so I can scrounge the money needed and be off to play RTR 7.0 as Baktria.
  19. It's dungeon keeper. LC, do you have the expansion pack for DK?
  20. ELP - Knife Edge lyrics (Emerson, Lake, Fraser, Janacek) Just a step cried the sad man Take a look down at the madman Theatre kings on silver wings Fly beyond reason From the flight of the seagull Come the spread claws of the eagle Only fear breaks the silence As we all kneel pray for guidance Tread the road cross the abyss Take a look down at the madness On the streets of the city Only spectres still have pity Patient queues for the gallows Sing the praises of the hallowed Our machines feed the furnace If they take us they will burn us Will you still know who you are When you come to who you are When the flames have their season Will you hold to your reason Loaded down with your talents Can you still keep your balance Can you live on a knife-edge
  21. I've noticed that nowadays people mostly listen with their body, instead of just thier ears and the music is aimed with that in mind. Rythmic, mucho percussion and easy, almost simplistic melodies are the hallmark of the era. I find it kinda sad, really. Yeah, exceptions and all that, but I think anyone who really lives with the music, instead of going the route of " just having something on the background while I work" can notice it. Gah, beats me why. ELP - Knife Edge
  22. I wrote "a while". While =l never
  23. I dunno, been a while since I saw the film. For reasons bordering the obvious.
  24. Thanks to fights and boobs, RMT gets some points.
