I liked last nights episode, but to me it wasn't as stirring as the Constant. The speech Charlie gave about love in the bar to Desmond was kind of touching. Only five left.

I like the Pacific. I can agree with the OP about having a hard time keeping track of some of the characters, but that gets slightly better with the next few episodes. Comparisons to BoB are inevitable, but I'm willing to wait until the season plays out before I make any kind of judgement.

I slept in for the first time in ages. Which was nice, but now my neck is a little out of whack and hurting like a sunofabitch. I'm stuck going to my brothers wife's parents house for supper tonight. I don't want to, but sometimes this crap has to be done in the name of family.

I had a decent workout today, followed by making an appointment to see about another mortgage. Then I spent the afternoon putting together a crib / bassinet and a swing chair for my niece, who's coming up this weekend. I went to go get a haircut, but the place was packed. Maybe next time.

I thought the bit where Jin shot Mikail right in the eye was kinda cool.

How has Pronger been playing for the Flyers so far? He struggled somewhat during the Olympics from what I've read, but wondered if he's slowed down a step? And I'm worried for my pool now that Joe Thornton is injured.

I just about forgot that there was one other song that I really like. 'Turn It On' is pretty good.

I saw the Flaming Lips 15 or so years ago when 'she don't use jelly' was on the old alternative / modern rock charts. They played well live, but I can't say I know any other of their songs, except for 'labia'.

I wouldn't lose too much sleep over it, the three teams fighting for eighth in the east haven't really been too stellar either. I managed to squeak into first place in my hockey pool last night thanks to Buffalo routing Tampa. If only the season ended today...

Those unassisted goals are not good for my pool, either. I took a chance on Scott Gomez and Brian Gionta this year. Gomez was decent for a later pick, but injuries slowed down Gionta a fair bit. At least you have another eight games to sweat out, Deraldin, with the possibility of the playoffs. Edmonton has been cementing their hold on last place since November. I'm not even confident that they'll get the first pick overall. The Oilers luck ( or lack thereof) this season shadows a sneaking feeling we'll end up not winning the lottery draft.

Steven Stamkos is going to be the new Brad Richards in my hockey pool going forward. With less than a dozen games left, I'm currently in second place in my pool, although I don't think I have a shot at the 400 dollar grand prize. And holy snap did Chicago get lit up by Columbus tonight!

It's alright. I'm majoring in Economics and Political Science. Except right now school isn't going so well because of personal reasons, but overall I think I've had a good run. I heard you got married, is that true? I mean, Surrep told me that like a long time ago last I talked to him on MSN but he has made that joke before so I wasn't sure. I was engaged. It didn't take.

You support her, dude. You listen. Just like what Hades is saying. Be there for her if she needs / wants to talk about it. You don't have to respond, sometimes a hug is the best thing you can give a person. Ok, relationship advice from me seems a little hypocritical at the moment. I went to work today, then I had a session with the counselor immediately afterwards. I just walked in the door when my parents called to check up on me. We talked for a while, but after having to speak pretty much non stop for two hours, there's not a lot left to say. Now I can finally focus on important things, like supper.

Wow, that's the Oilers first three game winning streak since October!
