1. I thought we were looking through the first person view of each player, just back a little so that it appears third person. For example, when the PC uses Force Sight, we get the expected view. (We also get the Force Sight view for all the other team members, so you could also argue your viewpoint, that the game is in third person view. I think it's just an easy fit. Just laziness, in other words.) I am mainly suggesting it because I think it would have added some richness to the roleplaying. Sure you don't need to use the Exile's Force Sight if the other two are in the party (in fact, due to the link Kreia's would mean it was permanently on whilst she travelled alongside), but any time they weren't present there would still be the opportunity to use the Exile's. And it would still be used more often than the stupid Animal Control and Force Breathing. 2. Otherwise the characters would be tripping up when their sight fails and they trip. 3. Well sinister might be appropriate for Dark Side ... you could have characters favouring their left hands as they fall to the Dark side ...

Could depend on Dexterity bonus and/or the armour maximum dexterity bonus rating. e.g. Heavy Armour might have: Defence Bonus +6 max. Dex. Bonus of +2 So for your character with Dex of 16 (+3 bonus) whilst wearing this armour will be +8 better off in defence (+6 armour +2 dex), because you only derive +2 of your dexterity bonus in the armour (rationale probably being that it is too restrictive to grant full dexterity bonus).

I think it should display the same thing as when you activate Force Sight. And Force Sight should take no FP, either, as they obviously can use it continuously, so why can't other FS? (That's a rhetorical question Baley )

There is a lot to be said for extra attacks ... assuming you have a high enough BAB to hit more often than not, then Master Flurry is very handy. I too would council the simultaneous use of Jedi Speed powers, as well. Don't forget Juno fighting style, if you can get it, too. Critical is cool because it has one of the best animations, and it does some hefty damage and can stun opponents. I usuallly end up with one of each for different characters. :D

Use Jedi Speed power just before donning the pressure suit and you will be blessed with continuous speed whilst outside ... looks like a warped Benny Hill chase. I didn't like Taris at all first few times, then I liked it (apart from having to use the walking carpet and whiney little Mission, I grant you that still irks :D ) and then I tried level-hoarding Revan until Dantooine, which added some spice to the whole process (!).

It's personal preference. I had a big issue with giving the Ithiliads anything ... I did it first time through because I thought I'd need every advantage against them in the big fight. Second time through I killed 'em all and kept the mirror. (Pity they didn't implement Psionics properly in NwN. All the thralls should have been toast.) Hint: I would only suggest that it is quite possible that you would not complete all the side quests on the way to the major battle, anyway.

On behalf of the posters of this thread, who have helped keep this toipic on page one of the forum, I would like to say this: :">

Surely if you are blind, then you cannot see. And this is a role-playing game, so when switching to a blind character -- e.g. Kreia or Visas -- we should be limited by their special needs (just like Kreia cannot equip a weapon in her left hand). And why can't we have left handed players, anyway?
