Time and money they've got for development of NWN2 is the result of their contract with the publisher. They are already using all resources allocated to the project and company development, as well as keeping in mind future financial needs. It is not reasonable to expect that a business will throw money at one game feature, just because it will make a bunch of people a bit happier for a week. As well as it is not reasonable to expect employees to work overtime for no extra pay for the same reason.

But if you make it unique with your roleplaying that means character is not cardboard cutout enymore . Besides, in CRPGs 'uniqueness of characters' is still defined by gameworld as made by developers, since player has limited capabilities for interaction.

The problem here is that sales figures are not proportional to amount of money put into development. Especially with limited CRPG market.
I didn't say remake PST, but the perfect game you are asking for is too expensive and too risky to produce.

When was political propaganda banned? Apart from rebellion propaganda (which is in democratic countries is rebellion against elected representatives), you are allowed to express political views. Religion was not the major reason for war and death throughout history, wealth and power was. Religion was justification.

Well, it's a western country after all. You've got to comply with local culture if you move in another country. If I was to go naked in the streets of a European city, I'd get arrested, but not in Africa.
Aha. Purposely. But it is not the case. If the standard is lawful, it doesn't specifically target the religion, but rather aims for a specific image with no religion in mind. It is just bad luck of having some items to fit the description of inappropriate dress.
Disallowing an item that doesn't fit a standard is not discrimination, banning all religious items is.
I can't see the logic here. It is not the fact that the item is religious that violates the dress code.
