  1. It's fairly interesting how quickly you can skip parts of the main plot. That might be useful on a second play through.
  2. Crashgirl, I'm pretty comfortable recommending it to you based on what I know of your gaming preferences. I think you'll have a blast exploring the wastelands.
  3. Explain. Yes, and please disclose your stance on Casino Royale to establish credentials.
  4. The issue with this review is the fact that he's done it a couple times already. He doesn't like RPG's, and at its core that is what Fable 2 is. I still thought the review was entertaining though.
  5. I remember when WoW launched originally I was desperate to find a midnight launch party, but there were none in my area. I had pre-ordered from Gamestop, but they didn't open until 10, so I went to Target at 8 AM and grabbed the first one off the shelves. It was pretty awesome, made it to level 15 by the end of day 1.
  6. This thread is kinda lame. Can we talk about actual spoiler stuff here? Anyone else think the giant robot was simply awesome?

    Most succesful people are douchebags.
  8. No offense Volourn (and by no offense I mean to offend you) but I really doubt David Gaider cares enough to hate you.

It's been rumored that Burke will be heading to the Leafs for the last year.
  10. Agreed, and that really just comes down to personal preference. As I said earlier, we are lucky that all three titles have been fantastic in their own right, despite bringing something different to the table each time.
  11. Mongol - Fantastic movie on the early stages of Ghangis Khan's life. It's a good mix of history and fiction, and the acting, cinematography, and pacing are all top notch. I was very surprised how good the action scenes were. I highly recommend it, best rental I've had in awhile. It's supposed to be part 1 of a trilogy, but it seems to have stalled in development. It's a shame, it would be interesting to see him take over China and march on Europe and Asia Minor.
  12. I finished Fallout 3. Unlike everyone else, I thought it was a pretty decent ending, and I really enjoyed the scenes leading up to it. I'll be tinkering with LotR Online until the expansion comes out next week. I was planning on finishing Fable 2, but my 360 died.
  13. My 360 self destructed. It's actually just locking up after a minute or two. Every once in awhile it will RRoD, but it's not consistent. I had to get rather rough with the tech support people about the fact that they WILL be sending me a new one free of charge.
  14. Just finished the game and:
  15. I love exploring in Fallout 3. It's amazing what I stumble upon. It can't even be compared to Oblivion in that regard.
  16. EA seems to go through a purge every few years regardless of the economy.
  17. Congrats Enoch! Get comfortable with your home warranty. Everything breaks inthe first year.
  18. 88 Minutes - Pretty mediocre. It was watchable, but not all that exciting. It was a thriller that was actually taking place in about an 88 minute timeframe. Some of the acting was horrific. Pacino was fairly average. License to Wed - The Office cast was very present, along with Robin Williams. It was forgetable. It might have been ok if it was only 30 minutes. I felt like Jim was cheating on Pam.
  19. I hit level 50 in LotR Online. It's actually my first level cap, even though I've played pretty much every MMO. I usually burn out long before getting that high. I'm pretty excited about the expansion in two weeks. I also cleard out the Talon Company HQ in Fallout 3, but was kinda disappointed with it. These guys were sending death squads after me and there base was pretty boring.
  20. I don't really see it as too easy, but I don't use armor either and I've stuck to small guns the entire game.
  21. Actually, the entertainment sector often flourishes during economic downturns. People want to escape reality as much as possible.
  22. I'll second Republic Commando. Fantastic story and characters to go along with a pretty easy to use squad control system.
  23. The illusion is our governors a republican. Well played!

With the new disclosure policy, they don't tell us anything. Supposedly it's not tremendously serious, he might be out a week or two. No surgery is needed. It looked more like a groin pull, he didn't hit anything, he was just stretching out to make the play.
