Hmm, so they want crowd funding to pitch their own idea rather than go through regular channels? .... why? They idea doesn't even seem particularly crazy or difficult to pitch, fairly standard (and kinda like the Stargate Universe spinoff). Seems strange that so many trekkie actors together wouldn't be enough in itself.

Busy week, been asked to work with a sort of underground university/school.. it's all pro bono, there are nothing to put on the CV, it's just paying it forward so to speak.. Really interesting.. It's a little Fight Club'ish though haha. I gave my yes and I will get involved, but I'm gonna test the water and see if they have any underlying agenda though - I don't wanna be sucked into a cult.

Evil Genius, It's one of my favorite games - a kind of default for me (along with GalCiv II and SMAC) if I have a lot of free time and no new games are stealing my attention. My primary entrance and trap setup (fairly early in the game) It can be done a lot more gracefully sure, but I enjoy the convulted simplistic approach.. 4 wind turbines shoot them into gas traps.. Nazi style.. My command center the living areas (build by now and with better tech) As you can imagine - being so awesome and evil.. "good" guys and ninjas usually show up to ruin all the fun But of course I have legions of psychophantic minions ready to throw themselves at any problem I might have. The doors that lead nowhere are to distract enemy agents (who will try to open high security doors) and to have a place close to the entrance to place armed guards..

Well if it's any consolation, this experience is probably gonna be a great story some day. Stories with tubes, fiber optics and wires out of the body usually are..

I'm somewhat afraid of a combination of the two .. that is to say the underlying cause of fanaticism (fear of the unkown imo) mingled with consciously chosen mindlessness. So many of us turn a blind eye to obvious dangers in the future for immediate reward - myself included - and I do fear we won't remedy this potentially dangerous mechanism in time. Of course in the grand scheme of things that might turn out to be a blessing in disguise. Seeing a society, which I am invested in, rushing towards it's own destruction however, is a little disheartening. I'm sure the human race will survive, but I fear some of the better and nobler ideals might not.

Well good points all around actually - and it certainly made me consider my response.. I guess one of the reasons why it made me so mad was that it made me loose respect for him yet again, something I'm not proud or happy about and so that was translated into anger/frustration. He's been behaving in a manner increasingly selfish and entitled towards me and our friends.. I don't know why that is - perhaps fear and feelings of inadequacies or maybe my new lifestyle offends him somehow and that is his way of communicating that... but I do think it's time to have a pretty serious talk with him in general about our future as friends.

Well it happens, remember to neutralize the defenses first Contemplating how I'm gonna tell my friend to get his **** together.. He's been living of of welfare for a year now, he should be looking for a job, but he spends most of his time watching tv and being a lazy ass slob - cause nothing is available in his particular field.. Now he missed a deadline by a month and the money flow stops completely.. He was actually crying - instead of you know "oh well, it was great while it lasted - now time to get a ****ty job like everyone else!!".. ****ing crying over the fact that the system won't bottle nurse him for a whole year more. Sure, Denmark is a fairly sheltered life, but even then ... that's just sickeningly entitled. I was close to slapping him for being a little ****.

Last night out clubbing explained through gifs.. When flirting.. Remember to break the ice - as classy as possible. My friend introduced his obnoxious, rude and very unnattractive new flirt. After 2 hours of free pints and 8 shots, trying to flirt with a 20 year old. So I went for a hot girl dancing alone - 2 other guys had the same idea. My buddy went for the drunk girl.. and at 4am it became a little too aggressive for my taste.. But at least I ended up with an early morning suprise bootycall..

Yeah that sounds bad buddy - hope it's nothing!
