MY GOD thats a big rancor!!! but more like the one from ROTJ .. why did they size it down? it would've been awsome to battle such a grand beast.. although it would look kinda ridiculous slashing out in thin air about its ankle height to hit it!

true .. when I think of great sequals I always think of the BG series! I loved every one of them .. and I hope TSL will bring me as much enjoyment as any of those games! and I will settle for nothing less .. (hope I won't be dissapointed) - Rosbjerg

hate is such a strong word .. I was ambivalent towards T3-M4 .. at least HK-47 had a personality! He didn't add anything to the game and I could've used the credits he was worth! but that said he did offer a R2-D2 replacement (although not even close) and therefore was an acceptabel little utility droid.. It would've been cliche, but I would have enjoyed a C3PO - R2D2 relationship between him and HK-47 .. - Rosbjerg

all were classic stereotypes (but in this case not so negatively) and I really enjoyed "getting to know" most of them .. unlike many others I found Juhani to be a very well rounded character.. didn't find Carth or Bastilla whiney, just a little emotional scarred .. poor things .. all three had a lot of personality which made them easier to connect with! I'm a bit ambivalent towards Zaalbar and T3-M4, they didn't bring much to the story or game, but were still part of the greater purpose .. and brought something to the group in its entirety! Mission was the classic teenager eager to prove herself and very rebellious.. but you could definetly feel the kindness of her character! Candorous was the honourable warrior, he was dark but reasonable .. again a well rounded person! HK-47 was the greatest comic relief for this game! refreshingly morbid and horrifically hilarious.. but my favorite was by far Jolee! he had the most personality and depth.. the kind of mentor I would really like to have in real life! The characters of this game is a big part of its greatness .. they added most of the depth and atmosphere of the game (apart from what the SW univers naturally brings)! alot of credit to Bioware for pulling it off in such a detailed wayl! anyway, thats my opinion .. - Rosbjerg

and a lightsaber identifies you as a Jedi .. and although theres no indication of it, I think alot of people don't particularly like jedis (criminals etc) so if you wield one and seems like a idiot while doing it .. you will probably be killed by others if you don't kill yourself first! - Rosbjerg

I've read that they have made a weather system for this game .. but does the weather change when on a planet or is it constant? like the eternal sunshine of KOTOR1? And how about time of day ? does the sun go down or is it a constant day/night setting for a planet? Sorry if this has been discussed before but I couldn't find any info on it on any official websites or these forums..

As SmkJaguar I would like to meet a more mature (now 22 year old) Mission .. although I wouldn't want her to join my party it would be interesting if she functioned as piece of a bigger puzzle .. holding a small bit of information and when pieced together with other stories from other K1 camoes, and other bits of information, you get a clear picture of Revans fate/or whereabout .. As for what she has been up to for the last 5 years!? Mission is a very resourcefull and courageous girl .. so she would probably be fighting the Sith in what ever way suits her best! undercover for the Republic/freelance work/what ever .. but rest assured she would be on the front during something sneaky! :ph34r: - Rosbjerg

Hey thats a very good hypothesis! especially since Kriea seems to be force sensitive but not a jedi (or at least doesn't use a lightsaber), which supports your theory ..

if KOTOR is like ANH in regards of The Star Forge = Death Star .. then Kotor 2 will perhaps be like ESB with a monster ship ala the Super Star Destroyer!? It seems plausible.. Fantasy Sci-fi films and games seems to need something big and evil to support the main baddie

Imo this is whats going on: there is a major power struggle between Nihilis and the unknown female Nihilis is probably the most apparent main baddie that presents the biggest threat gathering the biggest forces .. The female is unknown and details about her are very sketchy.. she is elusive and difficult to track, but her forces are battling both the Republic and Nihilis.. Sion is head of a small band which is hunting down and killing off the existing Jedis, if he is answering to someone we do not know, but he seems to work alone.. The first two will manipulate you into figting their cause without you knowing it .. first annihilating Sion and then one of the others, depending on how you play(?) In the end some ultimate bad Sith will reveal himself/herself and we see how s/he has manipulated everyone the sith lords/you/The Republic/everyone into fighting each other to near extinction.. only to be to weak to fight him/her.. Maybe Revan will appear here with the means to fight off this final menance (but perish in doing so?) anyway .. thats my idea! hmm sounds a bit cliche when I read it.. I shouldn't be a storywriter I guess!

It was obvious when you left Dantooine, unless he spoiled it for you when you were on Taris. Well I don't know about that .. You couldn't know for ceartin! but I agree .. there were ALOT of small pointers towards it .. but only those who are keen on details would figure it out! -- I'm a pc-owner and I won't come back until I've finished the game a couple of times .. to learn about the small things I missed! Had some of the same ideas .. but Atri (from hinduism) is a guy! Zion originally was the specific name given to a Jebusite fortress near modern-day Jerusalem, the only thing standing today are decaying ruines .. maybe that has something to do with it? or the Storywriters don't like jews? But in regards to Kriea I thought it could also derive from the Irish Keria which is related to Ciara and Ciaran which means "Black" or "Dark" .. She seems like a mysterious character, maybe with a dark background? btw I have never seen her with a Lightsaber in any pics! Is there an explenation for that?? And to the topic starter .. good ideas! But I hope HK-50 has a deeper background, and not just an assassin sent after you! Kreia both looks and seems as a tutor, and will probably fill the morally-heavy-role of the game .. I personally think/hopes she carries a dark secret that will be revealed late in the game to everyones suprise! I agree with your layout of Atton and Atris - Rosbjerg

thankfully I am blesses with a moderate persuasion skill .. but more could never hurt! :D If you can persuade you don't need any other skills .. you can get others to do it! much easier .. hehe

Well for roleplaying sake I hope you are allowed to switch from light to dark and vice versa .. one of the coolest play throughs I had was when I started as Light side en slowly shifted towards the dark .. and finally succumbed to the temptation on the Rakatan Temple .. It wouldn't make sense from a roleplaying perspective to limit you to one allignment throughout the game .. But these prestigeclasses presents a problem! I agree .. And I hope they solve it satisfactory! When Bastilla shifted to the dark side she was given a new set of powers .. perhaps this option could be used? when you shift to complete DS from L you are given the option to choose your powers again? a bit lame, but a possibility

well of course.. that makes sense! It just sounded "bigger"! but of course the Revan conflict engulfed most of the known galaxy and turned old friends against each other .. perhaps not in a scale like during the Exar Kun war, but still .. thanks for the info..
