Lol, I just noticed that the Bioware forum is melting down, they've simply removed the entire off topic section - permanently.

Today I was bored (lazy day) so for giggles I tried to find out what the max weight is I can shoulder press with one arm standing without using leg thrust or excessive leaning. I ended up with around 48 kilograms (105lbs), had I started with 48 I could have done 50, maybe 52 I think, but its really a lot of fun and relaxing to lift weights without pressure, time constraints or trying to squeeze out that damn last rep for once. What are you kicking? I hope its not the bucket.

I punch .458 caliber paper discs out of my bills to use them as wadding between the powder charge and the lead bullet (to protect its base from the heat). But thats just a cost saving measure because my bills are too damn high. True story.

Good idea. Bills and alcohol go hand in hand.

Well thats been one response but its highly unlikely these kids have seen there parents raping people ? Show me where I said anything about their parents.

Its pretty simple, kids mimic the grown ups in their social environment.

The video is pretty damn horrifying though.

I've completely stopped being involved in heated Internet discussions / argumentations months ago, in the the Internet I've never ever seen a single person admitting they're wrong even when it was blatantly obvious, and I've never seen a discussion coming to a meaningful, positive end. And I have to admit, in this I'm not perfectly free of guilt either. For some reasons most people turn into fanatics once they're involved in such nonpersonal debate. Discussions in real life are so much more successful and meaningful, in the Internet it seems like a complete waste of time.

Exactly. I had an extensive talk with the breeder and people I trust who own dogs and even though it was a very hard decision it was the right one for us both. And no harm done, thats what counts.
-
Well, here I have to man up and admit I have failed with the dog. It was one of those case were animal and owner couldn't create a tight bond, which does happen. Fortunately I realized it soon enough and brought her back to the breeder, according to the last information I got a lady bought her and they're both really happy.

Got me a cat from the animal shelter. I gave her the name ''Shade'', she is female and approx 3 months old, intelligent, a fast learner and extremely elegant. We already get along really well.

It wasn't a pleasant experience for sure but having a completely blocked running nose is even more awful. Whats a few moments of agony comped to a sleepless night with a horribly stuffed nose that is leaking awfulness on both ends?

Its pretty late now and I could not sleep because for some reason my nose was completely blocked while running like a tap. My nose spray was empty and I ran out of salt. What to do? Mouth wash. In my desperation I took my most potent mouth wash and snorted it through my nose, holy crap, you could wake up someone from the deepest coma that way. If cocaine makes your nose bleed this stuff would make your nose fall off after couple of times. But t worked better than the best nose spray, all those germs instantly died in the fiery caustic inferno, my nose is free and working again. Though in retrospect I think thinning that stuff would have been a wise idea.

Just finished Pillars of Eternity. Boy, the last battle was kind of hard, especially with my party of 5.

Enjoying the cooler weather immensely. This summer made me realize that if I lived in a hotter climate I'd eventuality succumb to the heat, I could not live a worthy life. A humbling experience, I always thought I'm pretty much immune to heat and cold, but now I know I can deal with cold weather much much better. Very disappointing.

Thats extremely interesting, thanks for the reply 213374U! I wonder if its possible to measure or calculate the theoretical electromagnetic power output of a young pulsar, I bet the numbers would be absolutely mind boggling.

An odd question just popped into my head. Ok, so we know that the planets orbit the sun in fixed paths because like with satellites, the gravitational pull from the sun, the velocity and the side force equal each other out. Makes sense. But what about drag? For example the moon Europa is so affected by Jupiter's gravity it gets massively deformed which, combined with its rotation creates heat that may make a liquid ocean under its thick ice surface possible. The sun must have the same effect on the planets that orbit it, obviously on a much much smaller scale but still. Shouldn't all the planets eventually slow down (and get pulled closer and closer to the sun? And the rotational speed of the sun should change too, right? Otherwise we would have a perpetual motion machine, which is impossible. Oh, its a really hot day and my brain is getting baked, I'm sure I just missed a small detail that explains it all.

I was sitting outside for hours staring at the night sky and I all I saw was a single shooting star. The night sky was pretty clear so maybe they weren't visible form my location. Very disappointing.

Hm, I wonder whats exploding there. Looks like a powder mill or chemical plant going boom. -
I accidentally deleted my profile picture and now I can't upload it again, heck, even uploading it to photobucket and simply linking the URL doesn't work. Not sure whats going on there....

Today I did some 100kg shoulder presses standing followed by 45kg single arm dumbbell presses. I'm getting better, but progress has been really slow lately. Maybe its because of the heat which dampens my motivation to lift heavy.
