Im body isnt affected in the slightest by a 1 hour shift in either direction. But I do have to reset the clocks on my oven and microwave and they must be perfectly synchronized. I wish they had WiFi too so they would just update themselves like every other device in my house.

The AMC theaters around here (are they even still afloat?) was super nice. Full liquor bar, electric reclining seat, and imo the best part...you could buy the tickets and snacks/drinks online and they would deliver it to your seat. But I hardly ever go to see a movie in the theater.
