Eh, I strongly suspect some people dont have any friends to hang out with anyway.

What I mean is, since Ive already been vaccinated, even if I do catch Covid, I shouldnt get deathly ill. Good enough. But I guess I am kinda rolling the dice. Two of the people I hang out with are unvaccinated (and are utterly convinced they dont need it).

I wouldnt say its pointless because I would still have <some resistance> to getting seriously ill. But thats neither here nor there, Im not considered "high risk" so I feel like I dont have to jump at the booster shot. Whenever the next new variant comes about then Ill reevaluate it. Its been DECADES since Ive gone to a strip club and I honestly cant remember the last time I went to a bar, but I do freely hang out with my friends.

I hope you and the fam get well soon Shady. Im around 6 months since the second shot but Im in no hurry for the booster. Ill let it ride until something changes.

I make these all the time. Ive tried experimenting by using "better" cheese like a nice sharp cheddar but I always go back to crappy old American Cheese because it has the best "melt". The other cheeses dont melt by the time the bread is toasted. EDIT: Woops, guess I should have read all the posts first. My grilled cheese doesnt have any meat.

Wow, I just found a never-been-read hardcopy of Crossroads of Twilight in my closet, so I guess I stopped at book 9. I cant remember much about the first nine and I dont know how the story ended at all. Im tempted to buy the whole series but aint nobody got time for that. Ill have to accept the tv adaptation.

I installed Win11 on my work laptop. It took several hours but it went smoothly, and I might be jedi mindtricking myself, but it seems to boot and perform slightly faster. It also updated me from Office 2019 --> Office 365 but this happens often with updates so I expect it will get rolled back.

I think in this case "food waste" is the food we purchase, but ultimately discard into the trash. For example, I always make 1 Lb of spaghetti at a time but my wife and I eat less than half of that for dinner. Then we each have "leftovers" for lunch the next day, and I still have spaghetti to throw in the garbage. Hell, theres probably 55 gallon trash cans full of food every day in @Hurlsnot school cafeteria.

I had a lot more trick-or-treaters than previous years. Luckily I was well stocked so I could give it out by the fistfull and still have a good stash at home for myself. w00t!
