Oof, coming in sideways would definitely affect me. The first game I remember really making me sick was Descent in 1995. Strangely, I used to be able to stomach the likes of Doom / Hexen / Heretic / RotT / Duke Nukem but now not so much. Even FO:NV hit me after an hour or so. The cause? Well, theres a lot of damage between my ears, so who knows?

Theres a few things I do to mitigate it. If I disable "head bob" it helps a little. If I disable "weapon sway" it helps a little and if I crank the FoV out it helps a little. But it really only buys me an hour or two, the vertigo/headache always wins out in the end. Oh, and dont even get me started on a 3-axis game like @Bartimaeus mentioned. Projectile vomit incoming!

We have a 7ft multi-level cat tree in the living room next to the back slider and our cats love it. They dont use the two "cat houses" on the bottom level but the scratching posts and flat lounging areas are a big hit. I think the height makes them feel superior too.

Huh, I have a box of 50 (or is it 100?) N95 masks around here. I use them when I scoop the cat boxes because the litter makes me sneeze something fierce if I dont. Theres also a 32 gallon trash bag full of new ones at my office. But mostly I just use my cloth one when Im out and about.

Prescott sort of reminds me of Marino / Fouts. Eye popping numbers (for their time) but always comes up small when it matters most.
