I didnt even know we had 13th century castles in the US, I shall have to research Hovenweep Castle. @Wals: A funny thing happens when you have your own kids, you become immune to their annoyances as it just becomes part of everyday life. That and kids are awesome little mini-you's that you get to watch learn and grow. I highly recommend it.

I agree, let the player play how they want to, it just seems like a strange departure from their intentions. I dont understand what immediately revealing the results of a choice brings to a game focused on "choices and consequences". Granted, Im a munchkin first and a role player second but if Im presented with a choice and one choice gets me a great reward while the other choice gets me a spear to the taint, Im reloading.

This is very interesting to me as Ive never played another game that does this. I wonder how this will impact the designers wishes to prevent creep-saving. It doesnt take a huge leap of logic to determine that maybe you should save before every battle with a "named" NPC because you will be immediately shown the result of the other choice, which may be better. I know devs cant save players from themselves but it just seems to break the flow of "choices and consequences" when you see the "consequence" of your "choice" right after making it.

Maybe I wasnt clear. Sexual orientation is covered by State hate crime laws in 32 of 50 states. However, you are correct, there is no Federal law. Hate crime laws punish more harshly then the exact same crime against a non-minority. Link?

I think you just got a little overboard but Id like some clarification. Do you honestly think its legal to kill a homosexual in the U.S.? As a matter of fact, you will get a extra special long sentence if you commit a hate crime in the U.S. So, technically, the groups included in that list already get extra protection.

Yeah, I lost the roll on the T7 shoulder. Probably. I just wanted to familiarize myself with the bosses before I signed up for 25-man. Im not above buying gear and 10k is no problem at all. I already bought myself the Ulduar bracers for 1800g. I catch myself buying stuff just because I have more gold then good sense. Mounts, Dalaran Intellect, etc... lol. I hope so. Im looking forward to the new Argent Tournament stuff too.

Not the 10-man runs, they drop Badges of Heroism, of which I have over 150 gathering dust as there is nothing to spend them on thats better then what I already have. TBH, I was pretty surprised by the Naxx loot. Its only slightly better then the stuff that drops in 5-man heroics (which I already have).

Finally got Ventrilo installed and working and over the long weekend participated in my first 10-man Naxxramas run. Did a full clear over two days and it was fun even though I didnt win a damn thing.
