I cant remember, do you have any pets? Does it scare them? Are you worried about Kaylon 1 driving through a pet accident?

Ukraine Conflict
In addition to the above reply, I think Russia is also trying to "drain down" the Ukraine air defense stocks by launching a lot of inert and old missiles. Ukraine cant know which is live and which is a dummy so they have to react to everything.

Smaller (and smaller payload), higher flying and longer range than the B-2 but I really want to get a look at the tail end. The B-2 already has "an RCS of 0.0001m2, the same as the F-22, the size of a bumble bee" so Im more interested in what theyve done to further minimize the B-21 IR signature. Love that its designed with unmanned capacity too.- Military Thread: “An army of sheep led by a lion is better than an army of lions led by a sheep.”

That doesnt save Joe a dime. I have bigger fish to fry than qq about a companys profit margin. I worry about me and mine and thanks be upon the FSM that I have good insurance. But a lot of people dont have insurance so these types of preventative medicine are ignored. Do you know what would largely prevent that? UHC. Or perhaps we should nationalize the entire medical industry (hospitals, doctors, pharmaceutical companies, R&D)?- The All Things Political Topic - Just because you do not take an interest in politics doesn't mean politics won't take an interest in you
Whenever you get a vaccination at a Walgreens, they give you a printout that describes the vaccine, possible side effects, etc. Part of the etc. is they show the cost of the vaccination. As I was perusing the document I noticed the cost for a single Shingles shot (2 are required) costs $205.99! Now my insurance picks up 100% of vaccinations (and generic drugs) so its not my problem, but just imagine some Joe Shmoe walking in off the street with no insurance! $412.00 for the complete round of vaccination is criminal! My wife even said, if we werent covered, she would just take her chances getting Shingles before paying that much, and I wouldnt be surprised if a lot of people think that way. This causes people to "roll the dice" wrt their health, and then when the guano hits the air circulation mechanism, they have no recourse. This is a great example of why we need UHC.- The All Things Political Topic - Just because you do not take an interest in politics doesn't mean politics won't take an interest in you

I guess its not "metal" but Free Bird has a great guitar ensemble. I wish I could have seen these guys live. Well, I saw them live at NAS Jacksonville in the early 90's but all the good ones died in the plane crash: 1) Ignore the Confederate battle flag. 2) Skip to 6:47 if you just want the guitars. 3) Wow, 1977 California girls! Not an uggo in the stadium.- What You've Done Today - Keep Dreaming...
Damn sorry to hear that. Hopefully they can find a treatment that is effective for you. Has your doctor already prescribed some of these?: Psoriasis - Diagnosis and treatment - Mayo Clinic- What You've Done Today - Keep Dreaming...
Yeah, Im pretty crap about going to the doctor and will usually only do so if somethings hanging out of my body. Between 1997 and whatever year Covid started, Id only gone to the doctor once when I twisted up my foot missing a stair. But Father Time is undefeated, and Im no exception, so I decided to put a little more effort into being proactive with my health. As my wife puts it, whos 5 years my junior; "these are the years when things start breaking down".- What You've Done Today - Keep Dreaming...
I dont notice it when Im wearing them and looking through them, I notice it when I look in the mirror. But I have to agree on the auto-shades, thats awesome. I also think I should have gotten bifocals, but with no magnification at all on the bottom half of the lenses. I dont need any correction out to 5-6 feet, so now I have to prop them on my head when Im using my pc. 🤓- What You've Done Today - Keep Dreaming...
Two weeks ago I got new glasses. Pros: apparently the prescription of my previous glasses (that Ive worn for almost a decade) was too strong. Cons: I got the Transition lenses and they dont go perfectly clear indoors. Theres still a slight tint and thats bothering me. Last week I got a general physical (they were quite surprised my last Tetanus shot was 30 years ago ) and today I got the first round of the Shingles vaccine. Sucks getting old but I guess that wraps up my medical needs for a while. - Military Thread: “An army of sheep led by a lion is better than an army of lions led by a sheep.”
