Youre right about many doing the job that only requires few. Japans fatal flaw is that they take too damn long to react to anything and at least three people have to be involved in any decisions. But once they lock in, its like watching a well oiled machine. China....well they've just turned the knob to 11 and are rocking the 996 schedule!
