Well most boarders have changed over time. It happens in Civ as well. Your off doing something else and the little sods steal a small city. But your occupied and its not so important. Then 50 or so years pass and your bored and you think "umm that was my city give it back" !. I usually keep at least one comparable Civ around so I dont get bored :D

Hey it's a fair question ! It could have huge implications on the Star Wars universe. I mean what happens if you give someone a blood transfusion ? Or drain all the blood out of a jedi and put it in yourself ? Does that mean instant force powers?

War on a grand scale is an expensive business thats why the minor powers tend to be involved in long term boarder skirmishes.

Yep practical applicatins tend to impress more than just a grasp of the theory. Many people leave university with a very good theoretical knowledge but with hardly any practical skills.

There is a world of difference between being interested in something and being a fanboy. The reason I'm following this thread is because it's just funny comments like these for example are comedy gold.

I'm really tempted to pick it up but I've got a bit of a backlog. Never ceases to amaze me how you have these long dry periods then 5 or 6 games come out in the space of two weeks.

Yep start over. Most story based games end when the story ends because all thats left to do after that is gain levels. Pokemon is the exception (at least one I'm aware of) when the games story ends you get to start a totally new story.

Yep I played Warriors of the Eternal Sun. Thing is when it comes to RPG systems the only avenue to profit is to bring out more stuff. I don't know if anyone took what WoTC said seriously but I didnt. I've had experience of their card based games and expansions.

Gamma World or the GURPS system with the PA and CarWars source books. Car Wars isnt really PA but it's got a good mad max sort of feel to it.

FFXII is a PS2 title. Just wait till you see what Squenix does on the PS3.
