Evasion Rogue is best done in a duelist manner. Use small shields. They don't impose any accuracy penalties and give you decent deflection. Dump Int to 3 and pump Per/Res as high as you can to get + deflection. Get Weapon & Shield and Adaptive Evasion passives. Most enemies should be grazing you by now and missing alot of their hits.

Assuming we're speaking BBv480, you're not receiving a -10 Accuracy penalty for using the shield, you're losing the +10 Accuracy bonus from using a single one-handed weapon. Ahh kk. That makes sense

Description on them reads that they do not "interfere with a warrior's accuracy at all". Yet when i equip one, i loose 10 accuracy. Any insight on this?

Bosses are gonna be whack and hack anyways i think. Fighter classes can only use couple abilities 2-3 times per encounter and then they are back to just auto-attacking. Barbs specd for dps will excel at that.

If you don't want your work to be used freely on the INTERWEBZ, don't post it on the forums, where her portraits are just images to 90% of users for an upcoming game. Low int penalizes AoE and duration - the object of the build being that it doesn't need either. That's more-or-less all. well, not exactly. the 3 int also modifies will saves. you is gonna start with a 17 will save. at level 8, your will save is a 38. you can somewhat counter the impact o' near guaranteed failed wills saves by taking bull's will, but that does cost a talent, and talents is vital. you are gonna face many will saves in the game. something to consider. is still a powerful build, but it would be good even w/o tanking int. HA! Good Fun! Yeah, but you counter loss of will by pumping Resolve. Which adds to your will saves. Thus you're starting with even more will saves then your default 10res/int stats. Precisely by 5 more with 16 Resolve.

Druid got few endurance regen spells he can use. But why would one want to waste them, when he can call down lightning from the skies to smite his enemies instead? What makes priest really good, is his per encounter ability to regen large chunk of endurance aoe. Druid or chanter don't have that.

Beta is one thing, but full game and end game content on hard difficulty+ might require a good priest in your party. I myself will be running with one in my party on my 1st playthrough.

It is, but then I get the error message - as far as I can tell it's won't download any files ( Is anyone else getting this happening? Also I do I download the Strategy. Guide and World Almanac that I purchased as separate pledges? When will they become available to download? I only got a message about the game not being released yet, and the files being encrypted. The install still popped up in the background. Extras like the strategy guide will be released when the game is released. Ah, okay - think this has actually downloaded, sorry. Will we be notified when other items (such as the Strategy Guide) become available to download? They will be available as soon as the game goes live i bet. But i wish we could get to read our strategy guide today. A man can hope, right?

For that, your main got to be a Rogue with a +mechanics/stealth background.

Hard+Trial of Iron on my 1st playthrough, is what i was considering going with. You won't feel the same excitement and rush fighting your first boss without it. Biggest fear tho is getting wiped out at the last stretch of the game but the adrenaline is worth it tho.

Id max Might and split between Con and Resolve(concentrate bonus needed for casting) so my priest stays alive if things go bad. Sacrificing aoe range for durability is imho a worthy trade on Hard difficulty and up.
