Journalism and sexism in the games industry
http://techraptor.net/content/untimely-gamer-attempts-boycott-seedscape-developers-political-views Pro-corruption folks fail to drive a woman out of the industry. Gamergate pushes and gets her game greenlight. Well done you magnificent bastards.

Journalism and sexism in the games industry
I'm not suprised, and I'm pretty sure the pro-corruption side will probably excuse it like they did with Chu and Harper doxxing people. I suppose we can add scam artist to neo-Nazi, rape apologist, and harrasers as the leaders of pro-corruption. When the truth is inconvenient, make a new truth. Far easier to lie about someone than address their concerns, as we've seen displayed daily in gamergate.

Dragon Age: Inquisition
What's what? I've put in a decent amount of time and am pretty unsure about somethings. Staffs would benefit from a bit of tuning and a lot of abilities don't work right. Sometimes the AI goes full ****wit and ends up screwing the encounter and I'm not really sold on the reduction in sustained abilities. Also, the difficulty spikes could be better conveyed, going from easy bandits to high level demons is a bit jarring. And of course, Arcane Warrior will remain the best specialization in all DAO games, Knight Enchanter isn't as awesome.

Journalism and sexism in the games industry
This is what they think is scary? A cutesy farming game? Ok then. Also LOL about it being dudes talking crap about a woman. Modern feminism everyone. I find it absolutely revolting that these people are so narcissistic they take charity donations to groups they are unrelated to as an insult. I think it speaks greatly to the character of pro-opposition partisans when they ally with Gawker and support people who have engaged in doxxing from their public Twitter accounts, even supporting them when they do it. We are dealing with authoritarians who subscribe to post-modernism views on power and truth that believe there are "no bad tactics, only bad targets" and have no problem attacking those they claim to stand for if they step out of line. It's absolutely necessary to fight them wherever we can and destroy their ideas by proving them wrong where any popular support they might have had goes away.

American Riots, Michael Brown....is it justified ?
Taco Bell drones? I suppose the rioters would destroy the plumbing though.

What You See Is What You Get Loot System
I would like to get what I see very much. It worked really well in BG where you had to grab ammo where you could find it.

PoE - A game for Road Runner only? "Pausable Real Time Combat"
So Nipsen's still around and still butthurt? Huh, guess some folks just like being angry.

Playing DA:I Cleared My Doubts About Engagement Mechanics In PoE
We should have a mode where you can press a button and combat gets auto-won. **** them tactics.

Dragon Age: Inquisition
Don't worry, you are in good company on that note. I don't think I've ever had a PC I didn't hate 3/4 of the way through any game. Or a game I didn't wish I had played differently 3/4 of the way through. Whenever I play New Vegas, I always feel that I should have built guns because All-American is cool as hell or energy weapons for gauss. When I get to mid-level I always start wishing I would've done the other and sometimes I stop because I keep thinking about it. As an aside, a gauss marksman carbine would be awesome.

Who was it that said most game devs are against GG? What these anti-GG has accomplished has been pissing of almost everyone except themselves and general alienation. I can't wait until they manage to get into a situation in direct conflict of the 1st amendment in the US, because I really like to see them try to bully the US government. Then, perhaps, the ride will end. Brutally and swiftfully. Last night one of the links to Chu's twitter included a tweet from someone bemoaning the "cult-like devotion to free speech". Take that as a good indication of their mentality.

Journalism and sexism in the games industry
Dude, almost every day the pro-corruption side gives us ammunition. Whether it's a blocklist that includes KFC and other unrelated entities or them actually doxxing people, or just saying something monumentally stupid, they consistently make themselves look like knucklehead fascists. And LOL at Gamusutra trying to take credit. Ghazi are a bunch of trolls and mentally unstable white nights, best to take their statements with a mountain of salt.

Modern wars
Well today Serbia started military exercises with NATO called "Platinum Wolf", I guess it was their time to play. (couldn't find any English news links)US operation names are always pretty cool, shame they never went with Infinite Justice. I'm pretty sure DC comics already trademarked that.

What you did today
@TN and Gfted1: the gamergate block list included KFC the fast food chain. In addition, the heart thing was created by someone to promote inclusivity in gaming but the creator got butthurt over gamergate using it. So some geniuses at 8chan starting using the heart with purple and green and putting random **** inside it. I saw one with the colonel and thought it was funny.

Of course, you know what Gfted1's avatar is similar to? Gfted1 is the Red Skull.

What you did today
I've got a 126 gb Samsung and it works really well. Considering buying a new case though, the current one is causing a strange noise that is annoying.

Nah, drop Taco Bell on them. Within ten minutes they will be rushing to the nearest bathroom.

Dragon Age: Inquisition
Pretty much. It has potential, but too many elements don't work together very well and it would've been better off using either action gameplay or tactical party-based instead of trying for both. Not a bad game IMO, just not an excellent one.

So Oliver Campbell's thunderclap just went off. Looks like it has a reach of over 2.1million and its biggest supporters are Occupy Wall Street and Adam Baldwin. It's amazing that gamergate attracts people so diverse as a conservative actor and a movement against runaway capitalism. Looks like everyone is really tired of the SJW bull****.
