But this isn't a baseless accusation, this is a woman (or man) going into a police station, going through the interview process, submitting to tests, etc. It's an incredibly difficult thing to go through for a victim, hence they high rate of unreported assaults. If two people casually hook up what protections are in place to protect against false allegations if no proof beyond an anecdotal confirmation of consent exists? Perhaps college students in California keep much more detailed notes on such matters than my peers, but in my personal experience consent is given orally the vast majority of the time, and that isn't something that is easy to prove.

Reading the text of the law, intoxication needs to be to the point of incapacitation. Not sure how being really drunk, but still conscious will be handled but I assume we will see soon enough. Something I find troubling is proof of informed consent. With my ex I would often try to start sex in the morning or after a shower without talking first. If she didn't want to, she would hit me or tell me to **** off, but there were times we had sex without verbally agreeing. Not sure how it would hold up I'm court, but I could see someone who had a sexual encounter like this find themselves in legal trouble if the partner decided to raise issue.

I've had a few crashes on start up, the tactical camera is wonky, and crating could be simpler. In addition, combat can be pretty hectic and I would prefer to be able to see equations for attack resolution and other stuff. I don't like the front only restriction for the shield sustained and IMO the lack of healing magic sucks. I think larger and more varied skill trees would've been good as well, as it is it feels too cut down. So far I'd say DAO was definitely better, but it is hands down a more solid game than DA2. I don't agree with the direction it took, but so far it seems to be good for what it is trying to be.
