I don't even know what an Amstrad is. I'm assuming it's some manner of long dead obscure console or computer architecture?

My biggest issue with Sleeping Dogs was them introducing a bunch of characters, then those characters barely ever getting so much as a mention later on or being immediately completely forgotten. The game either needed to be significantly longer or there needed to be fewer characters so that they could delve into the characters at length. They just glossed over so many character.

Whatever Volition does with Saints Row in the future, for the love of God, set the game somewhere else than Steelport, anywhere. Steelport is just a dreadfully boring city to explore. Edit: Now I'm sad again that there will never be another Sleeping Dogs. They really nailed it in the interesting city to explore department in that game. Also, a man who never eat pork bun is never a whole man.

http://nichegamer.com/2017/10/03/huniepop-2-officially-announced/ Hunie Pop 2 has been announced and they revealed some of the game's women. This one takes the cake: Ethnicity: Arab Occupation: Airport security Personality: Repressed **** SJWs are going to go ballistic over this, they probably already are. The devs are going to get so much free publicity. I imagine someone at Polygon is writing a hit piece as I type this. Well played, Hunie Pot, well played indeed. /slow clap

And once you get 100% completion, I believe you unlock an extra challenge area. Awesome! Now I'm even more motivated to find the last few secrets. Man, what an amazing month for indies. First SteamWorld Dig 2, then Cuphead, and now Battle Chasers: Nightwar (I'll be picking that up soon) comes out. No day 1 DLC bull****, no ludicrously priced season pass (**** season passes in general), no greedy as **** microtransactions, just really great games at a fair price. No wonder indies have gotten 90+% of my money over the last few years. Indies just keep getting better and better, while the big publisher games (for the most part) just keep getting greedier and greedier.

I finished SteamWorld Dig 2 at 77% of the secrets found. It took me just under 16 hours. Now I just need to find the last 23% of the secrets. Fantastic game. It starts out good and keeps getting better and better throughout. Just a wonderfully crafted game in practically every aspect imaginable, from the terrific aesthetic, to the great music and sound design, to tight responsive controls, to a great variety of upgrades, to interesting creatures, to great level design. I honestly am at a loss when trying to think of something to criticize. Game of the Year 2017

I thought about doing that, but I can't get this nightmare out of my head of driving someone super drunk home and them puking all over the back seat of my sweet Mazda 6. I super duper baby my car. I keep is clean inside and out and I just about have a heart attack anytime I find the tiniest surface scratch in the clear coat, which I then immediately buff out using Meguiar's Ultimate Compound (that stuff is magic in a bottle). I might straight up die if someone puked in my car.

Today was my first day doing a part-time job delivering pizzas for Papa John's. I know, not the most glamorous job, but hey, it's extra cash in my pocket, and, apparently a lot more cash than I had anticipated. I only worked 3 hours tonight (this is after my regular full-time job where I put in 8+ hours a day) and it was a slow night and I made over $25 in tips. Sure, that's not exactly a fortune, but that's $25 more dollars than what I had earlier in the day and it was barely work, I was cruising around in my super comfy Mazda while listening to jazz. I'm working Friday night and Saturday night this week, and longer hours both days, and those are the busiest times of the week. Let the money come rolling in. I should have started doing this a long time ago.

Shamefully bad 2nd half by the Boys. Our defense was consistent throughout the game, consistently bad. Our offense was great in the first half and did a bunch of nothing in the second half. We got hosed by the refs on a terrible holding call that took a 2 point conversion that would have tied the game halfway through the 4th quarter off the board, but that doesn't change the fact that we played piss poor football in the second half and deserved to lose.

What about us Nigerian princes? What about us Fresh Princes? What about the artists formerly known as Princes?

Probably a little from column A and a little from column B. I know my dexterity in games has definitely fallen off as I've gotten older. I struggle in games that require lots of rapid, split-second inputs. Back in the day, when I still had hair on the top of my head, I could handle such things. I mean, I wasn't the best, or anything, but I did beat Ninja Gaiden (NES) and that game is pretty damn hard. That game would break me today.

SteamWorld Dig 2 just keeps getting better and better. This is definitely Image & Form's best game to date. SteamWorld Dig was very good. SteamWorld Heist was very good. SteamWorld Dig 2 is phenomenal. Given how stacked this year has been with really great games, calling this GotY might be overstating just a tiny bit, but it definitely belongs in the conversation. They took everything that made the first game really enjoyable, improved almost every aspect, and added a bunch more. This is a shining example of the greatness indie devs can produce for a tiny fraction of the budget AAA devs get.

In loving memory of Davante Adams 1992 - 2017. He lives on in our hearts. Seriously, though, that hit was brutal.

That sucks. Unfortunately, there's always collateral damage in these kinds of situations. I mean, part of me wants to say that she's getting what she deserves for being a Steelers fan in the first place, but I won't, I'm going to take the high road here.

Protests can have repercussions, that's always been true. When you protest you need to go into it with the knowledge that there may be consequences. Some people take great offense to people disrespecting the national anthem and I'm not going to say they are wrong to feel that way. People have a right to protest and others have a right to protest their protests. In this case, the protest (to the protest) came in the form of a denial of contract.

I ain't gonna lie, the wood Atari (that's real wood supposedly) looks mighty sexy.

That's the truth. A nice thing about vodkas is that you can get good Polish vodka for a very cheap price (I recommend Sobieski if you prefer a grain vodka and Luksusova, my personal favorite, if you prefer a potato vodka.) Most other hard liquors you need to spend money to get something decent. Cheap whisky is raw sewage.

You may have heard rumblings of Atari releasing a new console. Well, we have some details now. It will run a custom AMD cpu and gpu (kinda like PS4 and XBone, I guess) and run a custom Linux OS(sort of like the SteamBoxes) http://us16.campaign-archive2.com/?u=514d5e8e2ca64b78c0c6f5a2e&id=600c7d1b9d

Romo is great in the booth. I hope he never loses his enthusiasm.

Good rebound win for the Boys against a scrappy Cardinals team, just what the doctor ordered after last week's embarrassing loss. The Cards started out hot, but then a missed FG and a defensive adjustment by Rod Marinelli to go with 6 DBs ground Arizona's offense to a halt and shifted momentum. From there our offense got on track and we caught up, then pulled ahead to stay. DeMarcus Lawrence was the MVP of the game, making life a living hell for Carson Palmer.

We played like dog**** for most of the first half and it looked for a while like we were going to get blown out again, yet somehow we go into the half tied at 7-7. All things considered, I'll take that. Edit: Dez with beastly effort for a TD https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6vuOInaNlb0 Edit 2: Larry Fitzgerald is still pretty damn good https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wJghm8xlLXY
