  1. He can do some pretty incredible things with a tennis racket & ball. I fully believe he can alter energy and matter with his mind.
  2. Sailor Jerry rum. It's perfectly cromulent spiced rum to mix with coke, plus it has a picture of a hula dancer on the label.
  3. I'm fully prepared for today. I have a big bottle of rum in anticipation of muh Boys losing in the most embarrassing and heartbreaking way possible. I have to work tomorrow so I can't get blackout drunk, but I can drink enough to ease the pain somewhat. I didn't choose the life of a Cowboys fan, it chose me. Prepare yourselves for increasingly more exasperated and unintelligible posts this afternoon.
  4. The Pats got taken to the woodshed by Buffalo in the first half.
  5. How long until the US has a social credit score system? a) 5 years b) 10 years c) 25 years d) mystery potluck option
  6. I would describe Elex's ranged combat as "passable".
  7. Behold the Eurojank: Marvel in the glory of its stiff and clunky animations!
  8. Confident? I'm already looking for a rock to hide under for after our L.
  9. Looks like Tony Pollard is good to go for the wildcard game and Trevon Diggs and Micah Parsons will almost certainly play. All things considered, barring an outbreak of the dreaded OMICRON, muh Boys are quite healthy going into the playoffs. Our only notable injury is Michael Gallup and, as @Gfted1pointed out, we're ludicrously loaded at WR. Losing our #3 WR isn't a big deal.
  10. In a related story, Beyond Good & Evil 2 is still several years away according to an unnamed "developer". Fun fact: The Kickstarter for Star Citizen was in 2012 with an original "release date" in 2014. I don't remember if BG&E2 ever had a realease date of any kind. Which one releases first? Will humans still roam the Earth at that time?
  11. That's what she said. I'll show myself out.
  12. Muh Boys are facing the Niners in the wild card round next week for our customary immediate exit from the playoffs.
  13. I finished orientation and started my new driving job. Orientation was in Lenoir City, TN (next to Knoxville) but my truck was in DeLand,FL (near Orlando), so they got me a rental to make the trip, I loaded the bare essentials I brought with me into the truck, then I got a load from Jacksonville, FL to Piedmont, SC to get me home so that I can load the rest of my stuff into the truck. I got home late last night. Tomorrow I start my regular routine of 5 days on the road then 2 days at home. It's a bit of an adjustment going back to 53' dry van from 43' tanker, but it's a small price to pay to not have to deal with surge (the liquid inside the tank moving) any more.
  14. ^ The Call of Serengar demo, nice. How do you like it?
  15. I had to do it.
  16. Relevant because January: RLM needs to do another one of these.
  17. I'll concede that story-driven games with a lot of reading would probably be better played alone. Action-y games are definitely better with the peanut gallery chiming in, though. Anyway, I did a quest chain in The Good Life where I became a sheep mounted knight then got blackout drunk off whisky. Now I'm trying to grow a giant beanstalk to enter a UFO. #JustSweryThings
  18. Isn't that every game ever made? Even single player games are more fun with buddies talking **** when you fail... ... I suppose, ahem, adult games might be kinda awkward and thus less fun with friends... Or a whole lot more fun, depending on what you're into.
  19. My jobs in this community: 1) Post about weird, obscure, niche games that few, if any, other forum members will care about 2) Also specifically dislike Larian and Bioware writing 3) Hate on Bethesda developed games 4) Post as many screenies as possible to keep the Pictures of Your Games threads from getting overwhelmed by Mordheim Troubleshooter screenies 5) Attempt to convert as many lost souls to the Church of the Eurojank RPG as possible so that they may also share in the glory. Have you heard the great news?
  20. I had hair halfway down my back once upon a time. Those days are long gone. Thanks, male pattern baldness! On the plus side, being bald is low maintenance.
  21. tl;dw - Ryzen 6000 mobile APUs with Zen 3+ 6nm and RDNA2.
  22. I earlier was complaining that there may be too many gameplay systems in this game. I've changed my mind. Not only can you shapeshift into a cat and a dog, but you can also tame and ride sheep! What's more, you can name (from a pool of names) and groom the sheep! Also, the sheep have stats and you can level them up! See, this is why I love Swery.
  23. Star wide receivers have a tendency to be divas, it comes with the territory, but Antonio Brown is on some next-level ****.
