BatNat raised his pledge to 1k and brought us over the 2.0M. Now he can think about his NPC.... She sure will! I'm dismayed at my failure and offer you my sincerest apologies, milady! I'm going to stand in the corner and watch the wall.... And thanks again for your pledge -

Yeah, but it's not only about new pledgers. People who already backed the project can be motivated to raise their pledge with new stretch goals (because of the rising level of excitement about the game). This is proved by other comparable kickstarter projects because in the end the average pledged amount per backer was distincly higher than the actual average pledged amount per backer for Project Eternity (now it stands at about $41-42 per backer according to kicktraq). -

The 2.2M target is about adding a full region, whole faction, along with quests and game content. It is BY FAR the biggest stretch goal set so far. Localization are just a side effect. Yeah but I think a lot of people are just holding their breath to see what the territory beyond 2.2 mil might bring. Besides 2.2 mil is so close it's just about guaranteed we'll reach it, new goals will be required to blow the minds of the backers and get Project Eternity to reach the 3 mil and beyond marks(hell I even think 5 mil may well be possible if the next goals are really good). Sign! -

Hey, I have a really great name and I hope nobody has thought of that name before! It's called: Project Eternity Great, don't you think? -
I would like to see the OO as some secret society in the game (something like the Freemasons in reality) which vague motifs and perhaps different opinions between different wings but overall with secret members, hierachies and ambitions. Maybe there could be also a great difference between how the public and especially the upper society sees the order e.g. like a bunch of anarchists and agitators who perform dark and evil rituals and how the real motifs and actions of the order looks like. Some of this motifs and actions could be revealed (partly at least) by the player in some sort of quest-cycle. And it would be a perfect fit if the player could reveal some members in dialogues and even join the OO after some initiation ritual (or quest). After his joining the player could use a sign or showing a ring which would open him special dialogue opions with npcs in the game who are also hidden members of the order.

I like the death animations in Fallout 3 and NV, especially the headshots. That sounds brutal, I know, but hey, it's a game and yes, killing IS brutal. So it's only realistic to really SHOW the brutality of fighting and warfare. And when it comes to that I always like a high degree of realism, even in fantasy worlds.

Well, the Italian market in Europe is the fourth best market for video games after England, Germany and France (official data). On the forum I know many people who play RPGs on the PC, while all the previous Obsidian games have been translated into Italian amateur. So probably the Italian market is not the best, ok, but if this game will be translated into Spanish, there is no reason why it should not be translated in our language. But you forget the fact that Spanish is not only spoken in Spain but also in many other countries in Latin and South America. So there is a much bigger market for Spanish games than for Italian games. If Obsidian decides that the Italian market is big enough for a translation at release, be happy but I wouldn't count on that. -

What? I do not think so. 90% of my friends loves the Obsidian RPG. :D That's indeed not a very good argument because your and your circle of friends are not a group big enough to be representative for the Italian speaking population.
