3 dead(including the shooter who shot himself) and 11 injured. As I explained in the e-sports thread, the dude attended the event, started loosing, got angry and decided to shoot at people before killing himself in the end.

Edit: Yikes!

Not a good day for e-sports: The killer attended the event and once he started loosing he started killing people. A truly sad day. My condelences to the victims families. RIP.

^ ban plz. On a more serious note: I downloaded this game called 'Freedom' from the google play store for free because it looked like Doom, only to realize that it was actually a Doom wad file running on an emulator. All I want right now is running brutal Doom 64 on my Galaxy J2 phone. If it works, I might as well buy myself a good android gamepad. Don't mind killing a few demons before going to sleep.

Indiana Jones & The Infernal Machine is the best Tomb Raider game ever made. Sadly, it's not available on GOG or Steam.

Accuracy? Red Orchestra 2 wasn't exactly accurate(in terms of shooting/weapons) but the tone of the game was spot on. DICE however has delivered a pixar/disney version of WW2 which I simply don't like and to everyones surprise, it is not because of teh wimmen. Everybody with a little bit of history knowledge knows about women soldiers in the Soviet army, Polish army etc. I am pretty sure they didn't have cyborg arms though, if you are going for that kind of thing, why not simply make a Bad Company 3?! Don't mind me though, I shouldn't have had an opinion of my own, that's just...rude!!! My apologies ladies and gents.

New gameplay trailer for The Missing: https://youtu.be/u7fqQK0bl_U Swery65 and Suda51 should get together and design a video game. Speaking of which, Let It Die is coming to PC. Souls fans might find it interesting, haven't played it myself yet.

Playing Battlefield 3 for the first time. It's a whole lot more fun compared to BF4. I played a bit of Battlefield 1943 as well, a fun little game that plays like Bad Company. Sure, but I'd say let it surprise you, go in fresh. I thought I'd be getting a Harvest Moon clone but this game has a whole lot of dialogue and dialogue options. It feels more like a story driven rpg. The atmosphere is also spot on, the looks, the characters, the jokes... A love letter to anyone who is into SNES rpgs or creepy/grotesque games in general.

Looks sweet. Also, here's a nice preview of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. -
You mean those cheap knock-offs of North-Korean missiles? I feel...scorned.

I end up buying less and less games because of how awesome Xbox Game Pass is. Man, I don't know if it's Phil Spencer or not but the Xbox is becoming more and more likable as time passes, they just need exclusives but they are a little late for that I'm afraid. I wish Microsoft hadn't cancelled Scalebound...

Graveyard Keeper which is all kinds of awesome. It was free on Xbox Game Pass but I don't mind giving these guys my money at all. It is also a special treat that I can play the game on a 4K screen. This will most likely end up being my GOTY 2018 but we'll see...

RANDOM VIDEO GAME NEWS - BATTLE ROYALE
Katphood replied to Blarghagh's topic in Computer and Console
People have been shouting and screaming for a Bad Company 3 for years now and DICE has been kindly avoiding all fan feedback. The Bad Company games were both original and fun, but for some reason, DICE never decided to complete the beloved Bad Company trilogy. I also don't understand how they never released Bad Company 1 on the PC, the SP campaign in that game had an amazing story. -
Sometimes I go out of the house for a walk and I have to dodge motorcycles that drive in the pedestrian area, people that say all kinds of words to each other, not a single rule is respected and then I begin to ask myself: 'do my fellow Iranians really deserve anything better than the mullah regime?!' Short answer: No. Long answer: There are to many numb nuts and too few good people here. It ain't worth the time, the effort or the resources. Sanctions are great but please don't waste any of your missiles here, people will start eating each other in a few decades from now.

RANDOM VIDEO GAME NEWS - BATTLE ROYALE
Katphood replied to Blarghagh's topic in Computer and Console
I wouldn't even blame EA here. DICE has been a bunch of clueless Swedes for years. True. No such thing. They hyped the market with rumors of a WW2 Battlefield game and then they delivered Inglorious Bastards 2.0 That's disappointment, not the yearly cycle release. -

Battlefield V is getting low pre-order numbers. Man, I'm so happy. Get f-ed, DICE/EA! -
Which games have aged well in your opinion?
Katphood replied to Katphood's topic in Computer and Console
Hmmm, probably every game released on the Amiga has aged well: -
Cleaned the terrace along with both litter boxes from scratch. I used a 0.33 l bottle for water and I think I used it a total of 20 times. Not going to waste any water in this blazing heat.

https://youtu.be/VxfU_6yydB8 I guess her captor is still in Germany. Who knows, maybe he is playing ping-pong with Merkel. Hezbollah and Hamas I am not sure. Our government sure is interested in helping them but I don't know if they can work together the same way they did back in 2006. Before the war in Syria, I am pretty sure we did send some advisors to Hezbollah.

Well, they don't call us the biggest sponsor of terrorism in the world for nothing. I know, every smart man knows that the title is actually a whole lot more fitting for the U.S...
