https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/boards/200179-red-dead-redemption-2/77133831 You probably have a PS5 without knowing it...

Now you've made me hungry

If memory serves right, you hate loud noises. RDR2 makes my Xbone X sound like a jet engine. It won't be any better on the PS4 Pro so maybe wait for a PC release?! Back in the summer, you fellas were all playing PoE II and I simply couldn't get myself a legal copy of the game on Steam/GOG. It was really annoying at first but eventually, I thought to myself 'hey, maybe this game will make its way to the consoles someday...' RDR2 on PC someday?! Why not...

There's opinions and opinions. When you say "WH40k sounds gay to me", I'll say "Fair enough, I'm certain many homosexuals enjoy reading about homophobic societies" I am homophobic now?! Even if I were, I wouldn't start yelling about it at a public forum. Well, since this is not a blog, let me say it again: whether it's the books, the RTS games, Space Marine, the figurines or the board games, they all look way too epic and childish for my taste. The weapons, customs and armor engravings just make no sense to me at all and no, I am not willing to go through 1000 pages worth of lore to understand why something looks ridicilous in the first place. WH40K always looked like fan fiction to me... Wow! Transformers for grown ups!

If this isn't brutal and rugged, then I don't know what is. For someone like me, who has lived most his life in Iran, that just sounds like another sunday. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a movie to watch: https://youtu.be/JMe0XeWI1zo

Uhm, no?! It's the same as any other recent R* game.
-
This is just my opinion, but W40K always sounded extremely gay to me. In case you have seen humans with a different opinion in your lives(one should suffice) then there should be no need for further discussion. But hey, this is the Internet so who am I kidding...

The Tyranid hive-mind is a cheap copy of Cthulhu in space.

I never played WH40K because I always thought it was for dorks. Thanks for lecturing me, fellas but I have seen enough sci-fi to know that SC is one of my absolute favorites. WH40K has too much fantasy for me, SC on the other hand is brutal and rugged. Note that I haven't played SC2 yet and I probably never will so that's another story for another time. Btw, I am one of the few people on this planet who thinks that the movie 'ALIEN' is overrated. *runsforcover*

I am. But the only Warhammer 40.000 game I have ever played was Space Marine which was nice. I own the 2 Warhammer strategy games on Steam. Guess I'll fire em up someday.

Great fun, lots of things to do, lots of weapons and gear to aquire and so on. I liked it a lot.

Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition. It's a great remaster of a remarkable shooter. This is how an fps game should be. The original release had one of the worst marketing campaigns ever. They did so much but in the end, the advertising felt like what SEGA & Nintendo did in the 90's to appeal to hardcore gamers.

Actually, the Call of Cthulhu game seems to be disappointing. The elder gods must be pretty angry now! As for RDR2, I bought it for the good story and that is exactly what I got. It does make my Xbone X sound like a jet engine though, no other game does that.

The original StarCraft was/is one of the best Sci-fi settings I've ever seen. Other Blizzard products don't interest me that much.

Is the mission/quest/plot/whatever design improved from GTA V? I mean, is it a linear "go from objective to objective, shoot men and god forbit you stray 2 meters from the path" again once you start a story mission or did the missions themselves get a bit more open-ended?There ain't a single developer out there that could challenge Rockstar Games talent in storytelling. The plot/characters these fellas at R* create are better than most movies I've seen in recent years. For that reason alone, I am willing to forgive R* for having used the GTA3 engine for the 5th time in past 18 years. Edit: the whole 'we have employees at R* that work so hard they have to sleep under their desks' thing is also a very well fabricated publicity stunt, nothing more.

Played about 2 hours of RDR2. It's basically what you'd expect from Rockstar Games: -awesome story and characters -gunplay that belongs to 15 years ago -okayish graphics I always like a good story though...

Bought Red Dead Redemption 2(Xbone) instead of Call of Cthulhu. I feel...like a filthy casual. Now to install and update...

That would make for a nice YouTube channel. People say a lot of things about Sonic but anyone who has played the original Outcast is a pro gamer to me. *salutes*

When Shady says it's shady then it must be shady.

I am not into 'card games'. I've tried the card mini games in New Vegas and Witcher 3 but couldn't figure out how to play either of them. Thronebreaker might change that but I hear that Gwent plays pretty much the same way as it did in Witcher 3.

Sunset Overdrive heading to PC: https://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2018-11-01-it-looks-like-insomniacs-sunset-overdrive-is-heading-to-pc Does this mean we might get a sequel?!

Gearbox used to be awesome but somewhere along the line they lost some of their key staff and now they are a shadow of their former glory, just like Bioware. I don't think we will ever see a Borderlands 3 with the way things are going. *sniff* Gearbox will probably shutdown sometime in the near future. Maybe id or Avalanche Studios will make a Borderlands 3 someday. 'From the creators of Rage 2 and DOOM Eternal...Borderlands 3!'
