  1. I have a similar profession, I herd cats and play video games.
  2. Rogue Trooper Redux for the PS4. Awww yeah!
  3. Yeah, I started Resi 0 a while ago and I am glad I started the game on easy. Resi 1 Remake is the one I'll be playing after that, followed by Resi 2 and 3 on the PS Vita. Once I am done with those I am gonna check out Code Veronica HD on the PS3.
  4. I just read this comment on eurogamer.net: Guys, If you have (or plan to get) Hitman 2, do yourselves a favour and do the following when the games go live. 1) Download Hitman: The First Season. If you can, just download the launcher/Paris and not the other files. 2) Launch it (just to be sure) 3) Close it and load Hitman 2 4) Use the tile on the mode screen that mentions the first season 5) That will take you to the PSN page for the legacy pack 6) "Purchase" the pack, it should be free because you've validated your season 1 purchase. 7) Download the map packs 8 You can now play the Hitman 1 levels in Hitman 2, complete with engine enhancements (i.e. mirrors) and being able to use Hitman 2 unlocks in the Hitman 1 stages You do lose a couple of challenges for XP but I think the ability to play everything in one "app" and the enhancements makes up for it. If you play season 1 "as is" then your progress doesn't carry through to Hitman 2, so it's worth considering to do it this way. -- But apparently, you don't even need a Hitman 2 disc. You can just download the Hitman 2 Prologue from the PSN and play the game that way. It's nice to have your progress from the first game carried over to the second game.
  5. For the love of everything that was ever loved, I sure hope so...
  6. There are quite a few dozen games that don't run properly on modern systems anymore unless you come up with some sort of patch or fix and even that doesn't always work perfectly. Star Wars: Battlefront 2(the older one) and Kotor 1 are the ones I tried a while ago and both were unplayable. There are many more. As for upgrades, I still play games on my PS3 as well as my Ps4. I bought the PS4 back in 2014. To me, console gaming has always been more affordable and more accessible.
  7. There has never been a better time to be a PC gamer...
  8. Metro: Exodus is now a Epic Games Store exclusive. https://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2019-01-28-epics-latest-pc-exclusive-is-metro-exodus
  9. Dreams seems to be worth the hype:
  10. How are the pocket circuit races treating you? It was hands down my favorite mini game with some of the funniest sub-stories in the entire game.
  11. It's the AFC 2019 semi-finals: Iran VS Japan. If we beat Japan we might have a serious chance at becoming the Asian champions after 40 years or so.
  12. I did play AC: Origins for some 20 hours. It felt pretty much like any other AC game with the exception of combat which felt hit or miss. Haven't finished it yet, the first boss fight turned me off and I simply couldn't go back to it afterwards.
  13. Finished GoW: Ghost of Sparta. It was awesome! Great gameplay, great story, a good ending... Next stop is GoW: Ascension which I got for free with my PS Plus subscription but dang, I need to free up 75 GB on my PS3 for that game(the game itself is a 34 gb download). I have to delete half the games on my hdd. I am wondering if I should skip Ascension and head straight for GoW 4, I have already played 1, 2 and 3 before.
  14. Sorry because of the double post, but the Boogerman commercial is not to be missed by any living soul.
  15. Edit: the title makes me want to say Atomic Fart.
  16. I wish Far Cry 5 had more of these. But despite all of its flaws, I am starting to like it. Story is crap but the gameworld itself is fun to explore. The treasure hunt missions are the best though.
  17. If only a single developer out there could recreate the humor in Dead Rising 1 & 2... Unless you are talking about Dead Rising 3 or 4.
  18. It is Yakuza but with detective gameplay elements(looking for clues and stuff). It seems like a nice twist to me. There is also Fist of the North Star: Paradise Lost. It's not a spin-off but it has similar gameplay and it is made by the same developers. It was released a while ago but sadly, it went under the radar. I haven't bought it myself yet, couldn't find it anywhere.
  19. https://youtu.be/MM-qwWxT_7c Days Gone is shaping up to be a nice game.
  20. Yakuza 0 took me a good 92 hours to finish. Not a single dull moment. I am glad I started the series with 0, so much history behind Majima and other characters...
  21. More Far Cry 5. So outposts are now 'quests', weapons have only 3 upgrades(same as before), you can hire companions which are a little smarter than the ones in Far Cry 2, hunting animals is now pretty useless, the perk system is all over the place and the weapon variety is laughable. The only 'positive' addition is the enviromental story telling which is Fallout 4 tier at best.
  22. Mr. Libido is awesome.
