Back in the days I always used to tell a mate: 'Fallout 3 will probably be like Fallout Tactics but more story/rpg driven'. A prime example of what I would consider 'wishful thinking'.

Resi 0, 1 and 4 will be released on the Switch soon: https://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2019-02-25-resident-evil-0-1-and-4-get-nintendo-switch-release-dates Yes, they do. I wouldn't be surprised at this point since Planescape: Torment and Baldurs Gate are getting console releases. I wouldn't mind getting a Fallout 1 & 2 platinum at all...good gosh am I cheap!
-
At this point, the only thing that can save BioWare is a name change: BoyoWare
-
Finished Gears 2. It was...ok. Moving on to Gears 3... I am enjoying it though, at this point it is giving me a Ghostbusters vibe. Pure comedy!
-
Yup. Yakuza 0 was a blast to play and the last time I had that much fun was with -no, not you PoE- Fallout: New Vegas. But guess what I am playing right now! Gears of War 2 It's a pretty decent shooter. The campaign is longer than the first game and the narrative is much better.

Could this be a Fallout 3/Fallout: NV remaster? https://www.vg247.com/2019/02/23/fallout-countdown-amazon-placeholder-bethesda/

Haven't tried Apex Legends yet, but I doubt I ever will: https://www.change.org/p/let-iranian-gamers-play-apex-legends-apexforiran What a glorious time to be an Iranian!

Yeah, because the money we pay for games grows on trees.

Yeah, I don't think ME: Andromeda could be worse than DA: Inquisition and I enjoyed that game quite a bit. BioWare to-do list: Play and finish these games in the following order: -ME: Andromeda -KotoR I -Jade Empire -KotoR II -DA: Inquisition(dlc) -replay ME trilogy on the PS3 but this time with all dlcs ...and maybe, just maybe replay DA II but with dlcs this time around. I ain't touching DA: Origins though since I played the crap out of that one a few years back.

Apex Legends?! At this point I am only wondering what will eventually become of Jedi: The Fallen Order and Respawn Entertainment.
-
Ewww. And here I was, thinking Mass Effect: Andromeda was a bad game...
-
Anthem looked boring from the start. All I ever saw where interconnected jungles with insects in them, and a bunch of Mechs shooting at them. BioWare are still working on a Dragon Age game I believe, let's see if it will ever see the light of day at all...
-
Well, it has one big disadvantage as well: the 'full game upgrade' doesn't unlock the season pass and what's even more weird is that I can't seem to find the season pass anywhere. :/
-
Man, I keep whining about this and that all day, yet this guy still plays video games after he went blind in a shooting: https://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2019-02-20-how-one-gamer-re-learnt-how-to-play-after-a-family-shooting-left-him-blind Malcador was right I guess. This life sure ain't worth it...
-
Yup. I guess I'll wait for a sale. What was there was very unique and enjoyable but since the game forces you to buy the season pass through some ingame currency you have to buy seperately... Do they have to make it so mind-bending?! Sony doesn't let me change the region of my account, that way I have to use seperate accouts for buying dlc which doesn't work with Battleborn. I guess I have to buy the whole thing again on Steam/Xbox Store. Goddammit! :/
-
Possibly you are missing something. Other than the main story, there were the DLC stories, centered around a specific character, with a few more making guest appearances. So Oscar Mike has a DLC where he goes back to Mike training school. If you play the DLCs with the right characters they unlock bonus skins, but they also have some more story dialogue during that mission. They appear to be...locked. Edit: yup, I need the season pass for that to unlock. Good to know that the best part of the game is locked behind a paywall. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted but at this point I am just going to uninstall it and make some room for the Bordelands Handsome Collection on the PS4.

^ it's probably dead. But don't worry, Bethesda will probably buy the rights from Gearbox Software and make Borderlands 76...
-
Best way to enjoy games: stay away from the internet.
-
Hmmm, pretty sure most people avoided Fallout 76. Does that count?!
-
Bethesda released 4 games on the PS3, all of which were pretty much broken(check out the save problem with Fallout, Oblivion etc for more details). Doesn't that hurt the consumer? Pretty sure J. Sawyer asked people not to touch the PS3 version of Fallout: NV at some point because the game would start crashing every 30 minutes after 50 hours of gameplay.

Finished this little walking simulator game called 'Virginia'. Total garbage, avoid. The Stanley Parable, Firewatch and Proteus are the only walking simulators I have enjoyed so far. Other games such as Dear Esther or Everybody has gone to Rapture just make me scratch my head.

Ubi games are pretty much the same, you know if you want to pay 60 dollars for a game on release, or wait and buy it once it hits a lower price. The last Far Cry game I bought on release was Far Cry 3. As for Malcador, I didn't blame him dor anything. But when he points out the same thing for the nth time over and over again, be it games, football or hockey, then you can't help but to notice: is this really that different from the fiascos the gaming community throws around every once in a while? This world is -naturally- full of flaws, it is indeed funny when someone tries to prove that they are 'better' than others.
-
Hmmm, am I missing something?! I did not notice any special story related dialogues from Oscar Mike, just his usual lines...and yeah, I thought the entire game was 'juvenile'. Not bothered by that at all.
-
I decided to give Battleborn another chance and boy am I suddenly in love with this game. It is a very unique game. But sadly, not all characters are fun to use when you are playing solo. Oscar Mike seems to be the best choice for solo playthroughs so far. On a totally different note: I managed to find a dns server that allows me to connect to Xbox Live again! So both Microsoft and the sanctions can suck it, nothing can stop from playing/buying games legally!
