  1. John Romero returns with Blackroom! Can't. Stop. Laughing.
  2. What a great coincidence! I bought Shadow Warrior yesterday. Can't wait to try it once I am done with Dying Light. Also... YOU'VE GOT THE POWER!!! *sings*
  3. I'm quite glad you're enjoying it. Yeah, the story sucks, but ... it's a zombie game and at least the presentation of said story is decent enough. But honestly, if I have to choose between a game with absolutely stellar gameplay like Dying Light or excellent story like The Last of Us... Call me weird, but I'll go for Dying Light every time. Same here. Dying Light is a unique game. It focuses a lot on the world itself instead of focusing on a single story.
  4. Played some more Dying Light - Enhanced Edition. Pretty damn awesome I must say. The only bad thing so far has been the story. The characters you meet in the game are pretty interesting and believable but the plot itself has been boring as hell so far.
  5. For a second there I thought that was Prince...
  6. One method I used in the Souls games is that I would find a sweet spot for farming and I would level up whenever I felt weak. This way you can get back to some of the earlier areas of the game and explore with ease. Some bosses become pretty easy once you level up.
  7. Bought a nice little gem called Resonance of Fate during a sale on PSN. Can't wait to get lost in it once my backlog is clean. I also bought Kenka Buncho: Badass Rumble. Man...what. a. game! Actually, they have been working on the game for a few years now but yeah, it will take two or maybe three years until those designs and plans come into fruition. The fact that the man himself is working on the game too makes me even more excited.
  8. I am really interested to know what CD Project Red is up to with Cyberpunk 2077.
  9. And a better love story than Twilight? Don't know. I've never seen Twilight, chief. You be the judge!
  10. Started playing Warframe today. Man, this sure is a great free-to-play game. #betterthandestiny
  11. This looks very promising! Also:
  12. I am thinking of buying Alpha Polaris. I like the setting.
  13. Thanks a lot for the info sir. I think I will go with Dying Light since I enjoyed Dead Island a lot too. I also find it interesting that you liked Arkham Knight more than the other games because I mostly heard bad things about it.
  14. Haven't played Dark Souls I & II but I am really tempted to try Dark Souls III before I play those. Are the stories connected in any way?
  15. Thanks for the info dude. Pretty much what I had in mind, sounds like a cool fun shooter to reset the brain with. I just finished Bloodborne. Awesome stuff. Fun from start to finish. Wondering what I should play next: Dying Light Enhanced Edition? Batman Arkham Knight? or maybe The Witcher 3's DLC?
  16. Finished The Old Hunters DLC for Bloodborne. Still haven't finished the main game though. With the Moonlight Sword fully upgraded I can pretty much guess that the rest of the game is going to be a cake walk.
  17. I am almost reaching the end of The Old Hunters DLC. Worth every cent if you ask me, new enemies, new npc's, new weapons, new areas, new bosses... I bought it for 10 bucks or so during a sale. Money well spent I say. Best. DLC. Ever.
  18. Still haven't played Dreamfall Chapters but The Longest Journey was one of my favorite 90's games and the sequel to that did a pretty outstanding job in expanding the story.
  19. Hmmm, let's see: Nocturne 2 Battlefield: Bad Company 3 Arcanum 2 Fallout Van Buren Prey 2 Command & Conquer Generals 2 Earthbound 64 Blood 3 Shadows of the Damned sequel Silent Hills ...
  20. Yup. Completed the quest and got attacked by a hunter after I collected his helmet. The hunter dropped that whistle thingie. As for Item slots, I don't use all of them. Most of the hunter tools I've gathered so far aren't really that useful, not with my stats at least. I am not really a big fan of the character stats in Bloodborne, not much variety in builds. I am focusing on a "Arcane Build" right now but the only other build I can think of is a character that focuses on the Bloodlinge skill instead of Arcane. I want another Demon's Souls-like game, the possibilities are endless in that game. Haven't touched any of the Dark Souls games yet though so they might surprise me.
  21. Continued my first ever playthrough of Silent Hill. Just exited the sewers and I think I am pretty much close to finishing the game. Controls and camera problems aside this game has the best level design I have seen in a survival horror game, even compared to nowadays games.
