  1. I watched a few streams and it looked interesting but I didn't see much combat. Everybody was just using the multi tool to mine the crap out of everything Does anyone know how the guns and weapons work in this game? I haven't seen much on-foot combat.
  2. Supposedly the $400 Million is from an international court ruling regarding a disagreement between US-Iran dating to the late 1970s when the US agreed to back the Shah of Iran in buying arms. The US's position had been that the change of regime made the agreement null and void, whereas the international court determined the agreement was with the country and that the regime was irrelevant. This is - again supposedly - why the right has been arguing that US agreed to "accept" the international court ruling as a cover to buy off Iran to release prisoners. Mike Rogers claimed on TV that there was no ruling yet. Not sure if that's true or not. Edit: In any case they obviously tried to hide the fact that they made the payment. He went ahead and took back what he had said earlier according to BBC.
  3. Just realized that I had a Torment: Tides of Numenera Steam-key waiting for me in the rewards section. Yay me! Downloading it now. Also, this game is now being released on the consoles?! What's next? The Legend of Zelda series on steam?! ...wouldn't be such a bad idea though.
  4. The 400 Million $ he is talking about is the money that US owed to Iran. Again, proof that he has no idea what he is talking about and I have no idea why Russia supports this idiot. Maybe they hope that Trump will eventually bring the downfall of the US with his stupidity. Let's just hope he doesn't bring the downfall of the whole world with him. Yup, people are that misinformed.
  5. Sudden Strike 4. This trailer looks all kinds of good.
  6. Goddammit, Nintendo! Let me get back to grown up games. Super Mario 3D World
  7. I decided to buy one of the few N64 games available on the Wii U virtual console library so I went for Sin & Punishment. Controls definitely need some getting used to.
  8. Playing some Shadow Warrior on the PS4. A damn fine looking game and the gameplay just feel wild and frantic but also challenging. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for an old-school shooter. Shadow Warrior 2 is also on its way and I am pretty excited for that. Flying Wild Hog is shaping up to be a pretty awesome studio. Me too, I bought Destiny at launch and had fun with it until I reached the point where I stumbled upon the games only raid that needed co-op but didn't offer any match-making(unlike the strikes and the multiplayer. Seriously, Bungie...wtf?!). The updates also made my hard-earned weapons feel useless so I just gave up. If I ever jump into an MMO(or an MMO hybrid game like Destiny) again it will be either The Secret World or nothing at all. WildStar also briefly caught my attention but apparently the game becomes boring after a while.
  9. Mario Maker which is tons of fun and looks absolutely gorgeous! I am suddenly in love with the Wii U. See, Obsidian! This is what happens when you let us down!
  10. Just because I know how much you guys enjoy The Witcher 3 fan art:
  11. Xenoblade Chronicles X. Just made it to New L.A. Pretty early to rate the game but it sure looks nice.
  12. I would really love to see a Final Fight 4.
  13. Super Mario 3D World(Wii U) - I played only for a bit but it didn't really feel like any of the Mario games I have ever played. Controls are pretty bad. Shadow Warrior(PS4) - What an amazing game. It also looks nice and runs well on the PS4 and most importantly: no tunnel vision, proper FOV which is a nice thing to have on a console. My only gripe are the guns, you hardly feel an impact when you are shooting and the uzi sounds like a water gun :/ The katana on the other hand is simply awesome, way better sword-fighting system compared to The Witcher 3
  14. Yeah, what a shame. Lego wouldn't release such sets, but I would gladly buy a lot of it. :> But what if you accidentally step on Geralt? Toes will role!
  15. Don't be scared, this is all fan-art.
  16. *grabs Keyrock by the ear* You are grounded, junior! No playing outside for you today, you'll stay INSIDE!
  17. INSIDE. Best game released in 2016 so far. So many amazing details. A must play for anyone who enjoyed LIMBO.
  18. Mario Kart 8 is sooooooo sweet. The last time I played a Mario Kart game was back in 1997, it sure is nice to see some of the N64 tracks make their way to this game. Online battles are also a ton of fun.
  19. When my old Wii U was replaced after being stolen and Nintendo did an Nintendo Network ID transfer, I found I couldn't access the shop or download patches, but the web browser and system updates still worked fine. I had to call them to get it fixed, since apparently the eshop account is handled separately behind the scenes to the NNID. Thanks for the info. Damn, that sure is complicated. I created a User on the Wii U and verified the email and everything. Linked my account online with the PC and all but I still can't access the eshop. Funny thing is that pretty much everything else works just fine. I even collected some coins by completing various tasks such as login into the Miiverse thing. I also tried redeeming my code here: https://eshop.nintendo.net/redeem#/ It gives an error and says that my account isn't linked. On the settings it shows that I have linked it. Weird. Maybe the eshop is going through some problems.
  20. Mario Kart 8. It is super fun and the highlights of the match are often hilarious. I would also be playing Mario Maker if I could connect to the Nintendo eshop to redeem my code. Connection test is just fine and I do connect to the internet but I can't seem to connect to the eshop. Tried setting up a manual connection and it still connects to the internet but not the eshop.
