  1. So I just saw this: ...and I was wondering which game(s) you enjoyed the most in 2016. Me? Gotta say, despite the not so good multiplayer, DOOM was the game I had the most fun with this year.
  2. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QLdtWw0SpnQ *jawdrop*
  3. Call of Cthulhu is looking great: https://www.vg247.com/2016/12/15/these-call-of-cthulhu-screens-take-a-look-at-the-horrifying-locals-of-darkwater-island/ I don't know how I missed this:
  4. You can see footage of the cancelled DOOM game here: Great Documentary.
  5. No glorification of violence, just a huge appreciation for blood & gore...in video games: Hope this turns out to be as awesome as it looks. Time travel?!
  6. Hmmm...this seems to run better compared to the Wii U version(Zelda):
  7. The Last Guardian. If you liked Shadow of the Colossus or ICO you will love this. Framerate is all over the place and the movement is just as clunky as its predecessors but the art and the narrative is just one of a kind. This might just be my GOTY 2016.
  8. Hopefully, I can finish Yakuza 3, 4, 5, 0 & the Dead Souls spin-off by the time this is out...
  9. Dammit, I was this close! Fast Racing Neo is awesome. Must have for any F-Zero fans. Oh, and here is a little bit of Kirby: Mass Attack
  10. I was finally able to find a second hand Wii mote with a Wii Motion Plus and a brand new nunchuck after hours of searching. I consider myself lucky since they are extremely hard to come by here in Tehran right now. Anywayz, bought The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword and I just can't wait to play it. The last Zelda game I played and finished was Twilight Princess and that was back in 2007. I also bought Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Kirby's Return to Dreamland during a sale and I'll probably buy the Metroid Prime Trilogy & Sin & Punishment: Star Successor at some point. It's Nintendo Open Season for me fellas! Actually, I also started replaying Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl which goes just hand in hand with Mario & Zelda.
  11. I still haven't played that game but I hear different things about it. Some praise it to high heavens while others outright hate it.
  12. The gameplay looks fun in the new Andromeda trailer. Not sure how the story will turn out to be though. I am not impressed with the setting and the story so far. The new baddie reminded me of .
  13. As Drowsy mentioned before, the framerate looks like dog poop on the Wii U.
  14. Neverwinter Nights Diamond is free for grabs for the next 40 hours or so: https://www.gog.com/game/neverwinter_nights_diamond_edition
  15. Fast Racing Neo. Feels pretty challenging but I am not that good at racing games to begin with. Gotta learn to put my F-Zero skills to good use again.
  16. I am playing a whole bunch of games as usual: Sunless Sea: Very engaging and addicting gameplay. I think I am on my 3rd captain right now and yesterday I just barely survived an attack. After the attack was over I didn't have enough fuel to get to the pirate ship's wreckage. I made a stone sacrifice a voila! Got 1 fuel, looted the ship and docked the ship at the next Island. Stardew Valley: Bought it on sale for 10 bucks and my goodness, the SNES-like graphics are so gorgeous! The mouse control feels a little wonky though and I couldn't find any mouse configuration in the options. Glad I bought it, this will serve me well alongside Dragon Quest Builders! Kirby Mass attack: ... it was on sale for the Wii U :3 I really love how you can play your favorite DS games on the Wii U.
  17. Zombies in Spaceland(COD IW) is great. I love the setting. Can't wait to see what will be released with the DLCs.
  18. I am decimating everyone in The Iron Banner with my level 362 Titan. I am liking Destiny's PvP more than ever, it's fun to mess around with different weapons and find the one that is suitable to your play style. Cryptic Dragon is my weapon of choice at the moment but I also got The Clever Dragon which is being dropped like candy as a reward at the end of each Iron Banner crucible match currently. You can even hear the weapon constantly firing during matches right now. :D Sticking to Cryptic Dragon for now.
  19. The classic mode in Modern Warfare Remastered multiplayer is so awesome! No classes or anything, just weapon pick-ups and skill. To bad people don't play it as often as they play Team Deathmatch.
  20. I was talking about the original Diablo campaign that is supposed to be added as a patch?
  21. Yup, best time to reinstall Diablo 3 since the new patch is free and I never finished the original Diablo(*shame*): http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2016-11-04-blizzard-recreating-diablo-1-in-diablo-3-reveals-premium-necromancer-class
  22. Played some Headquarters mode in Modern Warfare Remastered multiplayer. It's pretty awesome since: a.friendly fire is on b.rounds are short c.you only have one life It has a whole lot more camping but each round can be pretty tense and exciting even though they sometimes last less then 30 seconds.
