Even 3? Ending drama aside, I found it to be the least enjoyable.
Not sure, but I agree, that was the least enjoyable Mass Effect with its stupid drop-in drop-out side-quests.
Playing Red Dead Revolver. It's the emulated PS4 version which you can buy from the PSN. While the controls are just as clunky as any PS2 third person shooter, the atmosphere and the setting is very unique and one of a kind. It's as if you are playing 'El Topo: The Video game'.
Just finished the Big Game Hunter quest in Blood & Wine which was great. I find the Blood & Wine expansion to be very calm and soothing for some reason.
Well, the winter sales are over and I ended up adding these to my backlog:
-Red Alert 3 + Uprising Expansion
-Quake IV
-Culpa Innata
-Strife
-Hexen + Heretic collection
-The Last Remnant
I would like to change my GOTY from DOOM to The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. Haven't finished it yet but good lord...this game was made for PS2 era hardware and still it manages to suck me in like no other game this year.
After having watched this I must say I am really afraid of how the future will unfold:
Russia, Assad and Iran are retaking Iraq and Syria piece by piece and I wonder if IS will simply sit there and watch once their so called capital(Raqqa) comes under direct threat from ground forces. They won't go out with a whimper but a bang and that is what scares me.
So I just saw this:
...and I was wondering which game(s) you enjoyed the most in 2016.
Me? Gotta say, despite the not so good multiplayer, DOOM was the game I had the most fun with this year.
Call of Cthulhu is looking great: https://www.vg247.com/2016/12/15/these-call-of-cthulhu-screens-take-a-look-at-the-horrifying-locals-of-darkwater-island/
I don't know how I missed this:
No glorification of violence, just a huge appreciation for blood & gore...in video games:
Hope this turns out to be as awesome as it looks.
Time travel?!
The Last Guardian.
If you liked Shadow of the Colossus or ICO you will love this. Framerate is all over the place and the movement is just as clunky as its predecessors but the art and the narrative is just one of a kind.
This might just be my GOTY 2016.
