  1. You don't get it do you? It's as if you are talking about how you are going to rearrange your furniture... Trump/U.S/The West has no business in the middle-east. U.S is responsible for the mess in the middle-east in the first place. The U.S deliberately went into Iraq knowing that no weapons of mass destruction were present in Iraq, not to mention that they were the ones who put Saddam into position in the first place. Is all of this starting to ring a bell, sonny?! How about if they would just effectively GO AWAY and leave the middle east to its own fate.
  2. My problem with most reviews regarding Yooka-Laylee is when the reviewers claim something belongs to the past and it is outdated. That might be true about some of the game mechanics but when it comes to music/gameplay/character voices/Jokes/enemy design it all becomes a matter of opinion. This game is aiming to be something similar to Banjoo Kazooie and its sequel and while it doesn't deliver on everything it still makes a pretty decent job at capturing that vibe. It is also worth noting that most reviews came before a patch which Playtonic released just days after the Xbox One release. It will be available for PS4 and PC at launch and it should fix a ton of issues. The game deserves a little better.
  3. All the "bad" Yooka-Laylee reviews actually convinced me to preorder the game 2 days before launch... EDIT: You know what? I'm going digital because I want to make sure Playtonic gets my money.
  4. North Korea has promised another missile test and the U.S is already sending an Aircraft Carrier there. Things might get hot sooner than later.
  5. You probably know of these guys, they remastered games such as Turok, System Shock, Shadowman, Strife, I Have No Mouth and I must Scream... Are there any games you would like to see them remaster and what do think of what they have done so far with old games and remasters. These are the games I would love to see on steam someday, remastered by none other than Nightdive Studios: Nocturne The Blair Witch Trilogy O.D.T Dark Earth Time Commando Fatal Racing Incubation(Battle Isle) Kiss: Psycho Circus Alien Trilogy
  6. Brace yourselves because Russia is sending a destroyer to the Mediterranean Sea. http://www.foxnews.com/world/2017/04/07/russian-warship-steams-toward-us-destroyers-that-launched-syria-airstrikes.html
  7. I have a PS4 and a low to mid-range PC for my gaming needs. I would buy myself an Xbox Scorpio since I am sure it will be less than 600$ but the Xbox Marketplace is a real hassle to deal with where I live(Tehran). Last time I checked you needed a credit card if you wanted to make digital purchases. Steam is better because I can buy pre-paid cards online and make purchases from steam so there is more incentive for me at this point to save some more money and invest in a high-end beast of a rig. PS4 is the best option for me right now since physical copies are pretty easy to purchase and the online store has no hassle whatsoever. Just buy a pre-paid card, redeem it on PS Store and voilà! You're good to go. Yesterday I bought Sword Coast Legends from the US PS Store for only 7 bucks! I'll give it a -digital- whirl once the Dragon Age: Origins nostalgia sets in.
  8. Thanks to those 59 Tomahawk missiles fired, I can buy Kingdom Hearts 1.5+2.5 HD Remaster a tad cheaper now.
  9. Do it with Half-Life 3 and GabeN, plz.
  10. That and I am not sure how it's going to cope with the Xbox One.
  11. I guess all parties(Iran, Russia, U.S, Turkey...) are done doing buisness there and are slowly starting to wrap it up and leave Syria to its own fate. It's pretty sad.
  12. "Babies, little babies" *shows the average size of a "little baby" using his hands* "Not the ones me and Barrack Obama killed with drones....but the other ones who got gassed by the rebels and baby snatchers senator Mccain payed a visit to(as if he was paying his own cousins a visit)" If there is a savior it better show up right now, I'm not religious but I would take the first ticket out of this hell we are living in.
  13. Probably, since Russia have already pi**ed themselves and I doubt the Iranian Regime would bother to get themselves into more trouble because of a few dead grunts.
  14. Syria war: US launches missile strikes following chemical 'attack' BBC News
  15. I went with Quen & during my one and only playthrough at normal difficulty. Come to think of it, maybe I should have went with Axii since I didn't bother with the higher difficulty settings.
  16. Eh, they'd just drop conventional bombs if they wanted to randomly kill lots of people, same as anyone else would. If you don't have an air force you go to some village and shoot it up semi randomly as our SAS did when the Taleban killed an NZ soldier; plus it'd be a weird way to strike back at an ISIS inspired Kyrgyz with no other apparent link to Syria anyway. Mostly though, the rebels say that the chemical bomb/ missile was dropped by a Su22 which Russia hasn't operated for years and nobody suggests they have in Syria. If the rebel story is accurate it was definitely Syria rather than Russia. I'd be reticent about assigning blame at this point anyway, apart from it being pretty stupid to potentially provoke intervention and utterly pointless militarily, MSF have said that two chemical agents were present with the second probably being chlorine or a similar derivative. That definitely means that there was either more than the one chemical bomb claimed by witnesses or a secondary source on the ground. Well, here is what the Russian side claims: "According to Russia’s Defense Ministry, the Syrian Air Force destroyed a warehouse in Idlib province where chemical weapons were being produced and stockpiled by rebels before being shipped to Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) in Iraq."~RT Why would the rebels support the IS? If they do support the IS then why are NATO and half of the world supporting rebels/terrorists?! All I know is that one side should seriously be blamed, I'm tired of global powers taking a dump in a certain region where it doesn't belong to them and then proceed to claim that no side is responsible. "Nothing happened here, move along!"
  17. Let's see if this brings us any closer to WW3. But yeah, this is probably how Russians respond to a terrorist attack on their soil.
  18. Easy Allies review is here.
  19. But online dating ain't gonna get me no Shirai.
  20. I wouldn't mind a jet sim...*cough*...my joystick hasn't seen action in years! :D On a different note: I just got Persona 5! Whoop Dee Doo! EDIT: I also came across a Limited Edition of No Man's Sky for the PS4 and decided to buy it since it was relatively cheap and I must say it's ok. I'll treat it like a walking simulator.
  21. I'd buy the sequel but no jet sim, no deal.
  22. Shakedown Hawaii looks absolutely crazy. I had fun playing Retro City Rampage(still haven't beaten it yet) and this seems to be a good sequel to that game.
  23. Regarding the Saints Row series: the second installment was the most enjoyable for me in terms of missions and writing but let's not forget the controls, SR3 & 4 had tighter control and handling all the way. I wish Volition would simply remaster SR2. :3 I always regret not having played those games during the time I had an N64 However, I do have an Xbox 360 that is collecting dust so I guess it is time put it to good use. Both Banjo Kazooie & Banjo Tooie should be available on the store. All I need now is some time and energy.
  24. Oh well, I guess the game is good for what it is.
  25. I wish they had done a proper Saints Row 5 instead or maybe something different without the 'Saturday Morning Cartoon' aesthetics and humor. I agree, it looks absolutely meh.
