  1. Last year I gave in to the hype of Modern Warfare Remastered+Infinite Warfare bundle and the results were mixed: Modern Warfare Remastered was fun to play, the single-player campaign is still in my opinion the best in terms of story and narrative MW:R multiplayer was great fun but the lack of dedicated servers and a weak player base made it forgettable and I eventually quit. Infinite Warfare had an awful SP campaign, just as bad as Black Ops II, III and Ghosts. You basically have no idea what is going on, who you are fighting and why you should care at all. Zombies in Spaceland was fun for a time but the DLC 1 focused on melee weapons which made it boring and DLC 2 is now focusing MOSTLY on melee combat. It's super boring, why the hell would I want to learn different martial arts move? I'lll just go ahead and play Shadow Warrior instead! Despite how much people hated the MP in Infinite Warfare, I must say I quite enjoyed it. It was fun to mess around with different weapons and combat rigs and I enjoyed the fast paced combat but maybe that's because it was the first time I was playing such a game. Before that I mostly spent my time playing games such as Battlefield: Bad Company 1 & 2, Battlefield 4 and Red Orchestra 2. Last week I decided to delete it because I got the feeling that I had finally seen all that there is to IW, besides that I have no hope for DLC 3 & 4 to be anything special. Call of Duty: WW II is 'boots on the ground' but the setting is something that has been done to death before. I would have been interested in the game if it portrayed the Eastern Front, Vietnam or the Korean War.
  2. True. That has been always the most interesting thing I've seen right next to the moon landing. It gives us a very life-like picture of a very distant moon that might even harbor simple life. Amazing.
  3. I play video games for the sake of curiosity, adventure, exploration and storytelling.
  4. Defeated the first Boss in Yooka-Laylee. I have been enjoying this game a whole lot, hope Playtonic gets the chance to make more platformers.
  5. Have you tried the Multiplayer yet? I heard it's the best there is around.
  6. I want to replay Bulletstorm and buy the Full Clip Edition but a voice inside me keeps telling me "Don't give your money to Gearbox Software!".
  7. Goldeneye 64 OST - Surface 1
  8. Damn, Persona 5 is quality stuff! I just wish it would let me save more often. Gotta time your bathroom breaks with this game.
  9. An interesting video that explains how Nier: Automata connects the player to the gameworld. The devs at InXile should take a few notes here! *Video contains spoilers*
  10. Finished Nier: Automata. You know, I was kind of wishing for a... There is still a bit left to explore in Nier: Automata but I am about to jump into Persona 5 tonight. Let's see if I'll have more fun with Persona 5 than I did with Nier: Automata. different games but still I wonder which one of them will be more GOTY material to me.
  11. One of my favorites: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-QdA6dh0-VY Contra 3: The Alien Wars [Music] - The Final Gauntlet

  13. LIMBO C64 - Modern Indie game as a work in progress on the C64! EDIT: SCUM gameplay.
  14. I came across this video which is pretty interesting and thought maybe we should have a thread for random videos we come across in the internet and want to share. This is not about the history of Ghost Recon series but the history behind the setting(Bolivia) in Ghost Recon: Wildlands.
  15. It spends the entire movie making fun of the Marvel universe, so maybe you just didn't get the humor. It's more parody than super hero movie. You can't make a parody out of an already existing parody.
  16. I'm on my second playthrough in Nier: Automata and it still feels fresh and entertaining. Trying different combination of weapons and fusing chips together is also fun. So far I've only achieved the endings [A] and [W].
  17. 1.Didn't say it was 'too heavy on the romance' 2.I'm not complaining, just didn't like it. I thought it was a super hero movie at first but after watching it for 10-15 minutes I realized it was a Marvel super hero movie. Those tend to be a little too american for my taste...
  18. Tried watching Deadpool but got bored after action and explosions got replaced by love and romance.
  19. "...we also grabbed the original sequel, took a big dump on it and called it P R E Y." Anybody else exactly ZERO excited for this game?
  20. Playing a little bit of No Man's Sky. I am liking the survival aspects of the game but graphics can range from good to awful. Objects like rocks and trees also suddenly pop-in out of nowhere when you are flying around in a planet. Controls are also another bad part of the game, space battles are simply dreadful, it would be hard to top something this bad! Performance is good though, thanks to some recent patches, you can even unlock the framerate on the PS4 and it holds up well but it raises the fan speed of the PS4 significantly so I just keep it locked at 30.
  21. I was enjoying this until I saw THE GIANT ENEMY CRAB! ...seriously, why?! lol.
