  1. I've been wanting to play that. It looks awesome, jeep forgetting about it! It's awesome, dude. Probably the most underrated game I have ever played. The whole thing has this unique Franz Kafka-ish vibe to it that I haven't seen in any other game(except for Black Knight Sword maybe which was also made by Suda 51). I wish the game would get a sequel one way or another(Platinum?!) but it was so poorly received by gamers that EA will probably never bother touching it. Very weird since the game had high review scores and it was advertised as 'a game made by Suda 51 & Shinji Mikami'...hell, even the soundtrack was made by Akira Yamaoka!
  2. RetrospectiveGaming is a YouTube channel well worth checking out.
  3. GOG gives away games too every once in awhile. Some of the games I got for free include: Fallout, Neverwinter Nights: Diamond, Beneath a Steel Sky and Broken Sword: Director's Cut. Then there are some games that I got for free for having my steam account linked to my GOG account. Hmmm....time to give GOG Galaxy a try, I want to brag about my playtime once I've started playing Neverwinter Nights!
  4. Nope. The Steam page doesn't say anything about the price, just the release date.
  5. Thinking of replaying Shadows of the Damned. With so many open-world games around it will be refreshing.
  6. Shadow of The Damned - Walk it off Akira Yamaoka
  7. I had fun with Destiny but I think I'll stay away from Destiny 2 because it's basically the latest entry in the Heroin Hero series: endless grind! Actually, I love the laid-back mentality of the Obsidian Boards. Nothing is really wrong here unless someone starts fire, I personally never had to come across something like that during the time I've been active here which makes me like this place even more. But should someone find this place vomit-worthy® then I guess websites such as No Mutants Allowed and RPG Codex should be right up their alley.
  8. I like this topic because I finally get to ask this question from you people: Is Earth Defense Force a good game or a vomit-worthy® game? EDIT: I don't like it much but I do hear a lot of 'EDF! EDF! EDF!' while surfing teh interwebz.
  9. I actually finished DA:I Inquisition but it was awful. That is why I decided not to touch ME: Andromeda.
  10. -Overwatch, Agents of Mayhem and anything 'Saturday Morning Cartoon' related. -Rocket League -Stellaris, Crusader Kings... -Fallout 4, Dragon Age: Inquisition Pretty sure I ain't going to touch any of these soon.
  11. Nier and Nioh are great games and they were released this year, none of which you have finished so far so maybe if you spent your time actually playing them you wouldn't have the time to complain about some random game in the Sales thread?! Quite possibly. Also, !
  12. Last time I heard from GSC Gameworld was when they were trying to port Stalker to the consoles, they even had plans for portable consoles! I think they did announce a MMO Shooter game too at some point but that was about it. Also, did any of you guys enjoy Heroes of Annihilated Empires? Really loved the world and the story but the gameplay was rather clunky if memory serves right.
  13. Damn, should have posted it somewhere else. Maybe there should be a 'Random Video Game Videos' thread. On topic: I decided to give the Megaman Legacy Collection a try since I've never tried Megaman before and holy crap...this game is evil! I thought Super Ghouls & Ghosts was hard but man, Megaman was built for masochists. Guess the only way to beat the game is to memorize the levels completely. To think that people beat this game back in the days without a save function... *mind blown*
  14. So many games and so little time...
  15. North Korea attempts but fails to launch missile: South Korea Oh the irony...
  16. No, those are a new type of missile:
  17. The first game was a surprise success back in the days when I was living in Vienna(2007). I remember pre-ordering the limited edition of the game only to find out weeks later that my nvidia 8800 Ultra had a free copy of Stalker bundled with it.
  18. It's a fan remake made using the CryEngine.
  19. First time I see these guys give a game 5/5. But do watch the review, it explains in detail why the game deserves to be praised so much.
  20. There is a Flash Sale over at Playstation Store and it's crazy!!! Whole lot great game bundles to get for cheap. Sale lasts till 4/17/2017. I only had 7.50 in my wallet but that didn't stop me from buying Maddog Mcree and Wipeout HD Collection.
  21. Same here. I'm enjoying the crap out of the game but I can't help but to think that this game got unfair reviews from the critics. Hope Playtonic can make another game like this in the future.
  22. On one hand this looks like a fun game. On the other, not another gundam roguelike. It seems that they are trying to get rid of the negative aspects that are associated with most rogue-like games. Here are some nice previews: 16 minutes of Strafe gameplay with Developer Commentary - Includes Black Canyon gameplay - E3 2016 STRAFE: First 3 Levels of Gameplay + Wolfenstein Mini-Game! Strafe Gameplay - Hands-on Preview
  23. I'm in love with the song on this trailer and I can't find it anywhere(Strafe - Gameplay Trailer 2016). Sooooo awesome!
