That plot line is SO forced. He was the one person they couldn't have done this rebellion without! He needed to be high up to get those maps and such. That is sillier than Galacticas sweet ass viper deployment in atmo

Fine then. But they could have still sent in a bunch of raptors outfitted with weapons to jump down to the ground rather then sending in the Galactica to drop off a bunch of vipers. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> NO! That was the coolest part of the episode! Shock and Awe!

Both are very good. Pirates!, at least for me, can get old kinda quick. It's very well done for what it is, a collection of mini-games, but it's shallow.

Meh, you're missing alot of things. BTW, they said that Galactica could hold off 2 stars, but not 4. Remeber, they had a skeleton crew with many peeps being green. It also did not have viper cover when it was being attacked, pre-Lee. If they did, they sure died quick, to the point it was meaningless. The episode before last indicated that a frontal assault would end in several base stars jumping in, as well. I hate you for making me read far to deeply into a good episode.

It was good, but it was a bit heavy on the "I'm going to die.....no I'm not" moments. Kinda killed the drama of it all. and how come they can never keep the SDL drives online?

The Original Crimson Skies I finally had a chance to play the X-box sequel and was very dissapointed. It threw out the depth of the original (dumb it down for the Box), the quality voice acting ("jokes" constantly fell flat), and the setting (Giant Mech-Spiders from Wild Wild West). I mean they pulled a Silent Storm and went sci-fi with it. By itself it's a ok game, but man, way to kill a good premise.
