I haven't forgotten your little story Jags! I saved it on my hard drive. I'm looking at hopefully purchasing a new system in the next two weeks and I've got it pretty much nailed down as to exactly what I want, but I thought it run it by you guys first. Keep in mind that I'm only picking up the essentials right now. Things like hard drives, optical drives and a case will be re-used from my current computer, at least until I decide to replace them as well and/or can afford them. I'm not sure you can really call it a discussion without the name calling. It amazes me that there is the possibility for 3 sweeps in the second round and of course two of them are against the teams that I picked. Anyone know when was the last time more than one team was swept in the same round?

I just got back into town after my second shift at this new job. Was replacing all the cash registers at a Zellers in a nearby town. Started at 7pm and we were sent home by the tech on site at 4am. It's a 30-40 minute drive back home, in the dark, on a route that I've never driven before. Fun! It was tiring, but for $21/hour I hope I get more shifts like that.

IIRC the stick wasn't under his arm, it was in his hand. Part of the reason that Gomez argued about the call so much.

The goal wasn't that bad. I would be more annoyed about the fact that Hossa (I think it was hime) was holding Gomez stick and somehow Gomez gets a penalty that leads to the first goal.

Something is off regarding Price. Not sure just what it is but he seems to be having trouble catching the puck. 1st goal: Koivu screens Price, puck goes high over the glove. 2nd goal: Price a little deep in his net, puck again goes high over his shoulder into a puck sized hole. 3rd goal: Pfft, just trip Briere damnit! 4th goal: Puck knocked out of his glove by a stick then backhanded in. Price had plenty of swearing thrown his way during the game. As did Brion, just for different reasons. Biron robbed the Habs about a half dozen times in the second period, let alone the third.

What's you electric bill like? There's a visible impact, that's for sure! Also, the additional heat made my 4 ghz OC unstable, so I backed it down to 3.8 ghz for now. Don't laugh at me guys :ninja10: So when do you make the leap to water cooling?

Been busy the past couple days so I didn't get my second round predictions up until after the first two games were done, but here they are now! Montreal vs Philadelphia: Philadelphia shouldn't even be in the second round (missed goalie interference call in game seven). They'll put up a fight, but I don't think they'll push Montreal as hard as Boston did. Montreal in six. Pittsburgh vs New York: I like New York here. Both teams have some great offensive players, but I think New York has the edge in goal and that will be the deciding factor in this series. New York in six. Detroit vs Colorado: The old guys held up for me in the first round, but Detroit is a much bigger offensive threat and I think that should see them through. Detroit in five. San Jose vs Dallas: Not to take anything away from Dallas play in the first round, but Anaheim was horrible. San Jose isn't going to give up nearly as many goals while down a man. San Jose in six. Now to go watch the Habs game that I recorded last night while I was out.

What's you electric bill like?

My craptastic computer (1.7GHz P4, <1GB Ram, Radeon 9600 Pro, XP SP2)) runs it quite well. Runs on medium-high settings. Does require some tweaking, namely the "DisableVertexBuffer=1" thing in order to get a playable framerate on Dantooine. Can't recall running into any other problems.

I wasn't really glum, but I recall thinking "WTF, you can't possibly end it here" for several hours afterwards.

Totally thought Tigranes was older. Was thinking at least late twenties. I'm 19. Hurray for prime numbers!

I want a continuation damnit! Me too, that was a fun game even though there wasn't a challenge in it, the story was fun enough for me I heard rumors that they might do episodes like Half Life, that would royally suck i think. Episodes have so far annoyed me. The wait just isn't worth it. That's what I'd heard as well. Haven't heard anything in quite some time though.
