I can see a once off online activation, but what is the point of checking every 10 days or so? If my legal copy passes the check the first time, then why do you need to check again later? As far as I know, my copy won't magically turn into an illegal version over that time period (or any time period), so it seems a little odd.

I currently have games going in Neverwinter Nights 2 (Just hit Chapter 3 and Khelgar has disappeared from my character list) Metroid Prime (Just grabbed the gravity suit, then took a month long break and haven't been back since) Fire Emblem Sacred Stones (Second last mission on hard mode, spent many hours leveling character in the ruins then got bored) F-Zero GX (I still need to finish all the GPs on Hard/Expert/Whatever the top difficulty is and I still have the last race story mode mission) Don't really want to play any of those right now though. :S

I cheated and jacked up my Dex to 50 and snuck through the house. First time one guy caught me and followed me around but because of my high AC he couldn't hit me. Finally managed to score a critical on me just as I was walking through a room with about a dozen other people and it broke my stealth. Second time through I managed to get through without anyone spotting me. The conversations still triggered as normal, but they don't break your stealth. Of course none of that matters if your stealth character isn't your main character.

I use Ad-Aware mostly now. Used to use Spybot more often, but it doesn't seem to catch everything anymore.

I went in for a consultation with an oral surgeon to talk about my wisdom teeth. Apparently he had a cancellation next week so I'm slotted in to get my teeth ripped out next wednesday.

Looks like I won't be making that purchase as soon as I thought. I was just informed that I'll be paying a much larger chunk of my own tuition this year than I did last year. Seeing as that is the case I may as well wait until I have enough cash to get that better motherboard anyway. Thanks for the help though!

Favourites here would have to be Montreal and Ottawa. The three western Canadian teams would be next (order of preference deleted to protect the poster). I was conditioned from an early age to dislike Toronto by a cousin and that's stuck pretty well. San Jose would be pretty close to the top among the American teams with Pittsburgh and Philly at the bottom.

I also went 1/4 in that round thanks to Philly and Dallas once again winning. They've screwed me over so far by winning, so logic says they will continue to do so!

I'll root for Dallas as the lesser of four evils.

TSN has mentioned that game a couple times, said it was several years ago to the day. It's 2am here and all this talk of pizza on TSN is making me hungry again.

I don't know what series you were watching, but the Flyers didn't play better all series. What they did do, was they managed to capitalize on most of their scoring chances, something that Montreal couldn't seem to do. That's what was so frustrating as a Habs fan watching this series. I lost track of the number of times that the Habs had 2-3 solid minutes of puck control in the Flyers end only to have Biron make a great save and get it out to a Flyer and then they would go in and score on the rush. The Flyers were badly outshot and outchanced all series long, but because Montreal couldn't bury their chances when they had them, the lost the series. Part of the problem was that they were letting Biron see just about everything, but even when they had him clearly beaten they would fan on the shot, or miss the open net completely.

OMG! Montreal scored the first goal! First time the series that Philly hasn't jumped out to a (minimum) 2-0 lead!

What would you suggest instead? I am aware that it is an older mobo and does not support SLI/Crossfire. Dual GPU solutions are not something that I have any interest in for the foreseeable future. As for the chipset, I know that the P35 is getting older by the second, the problem comes from the next step up. X38/750I = double the cost X48/780I = triple the cost Is there really enough benefit from stepping up to that next level to warrant the increased expenditure? (All that said, I may have to switch the motherboard anyway, because the place that I am planning on ordering has run out of stock since I posted this topic.)

Wow. That's one pretty damn well developed city. Managed to snag a lot of wonders too. And easy random? Come on, bump that guy up to hard!
