Just got back from seeing Harry Potter with a few friends. We all went out for dinner as a kind of farewell thing as one of my friends is moving out of town in three days. After dinner we went to the cinema and played House of the Dead 4 and Time Crisis 4 to kill some time before the movie started. Tonight really made me think that I should totally get out more often.

You just a really huge noob. Blues can't fight at all. You need to find a brown portal. Don't forget that blues can resurrect other minions, like say after they have drowned... What happend was I summoned up about like 8 browns. And i was fighting through with them and a few blues. Then I got to this part where theres a blocked off passage with fire and then the corridor kept going but it had water. So I told my browns to wait and kept trudging ahead in case I could just get them through real quick. I turned right, and there was a life shrine, and green, blue, and red portals. Then about 50 zombies came out of nowhere. Since I could only summon like half my minions I got destroyed so easy. Tried to spam fireball and stuff but they backed me in a corner then it was reverse necrophelia and just raped me to death. Ah that section. I've got in the habit earlier on of returning my minions if I had to go somewhere that they couldn't. There is usually somewhere nearby on the opposite side (like by the life shrine) where you can pick up more minions. I got whacked the first time I went through that area also. The second time I ignored the zombies and ran up by the shrine to spawn 20 some green minions. Together with them I managed to get rid of the zombies. You could also try using reds on either side of the stairs while you guard them yourself. If you have an axe or a mace you should be able to just keep whacking them away while the reds beat them.

Overlord still. Just beat the paladin again and dumped Rose in favour of Velvet this time through. I'm up to 47% corruption. My little jester has taken to saying "Appreciator of Voluptuous Assets" recently. Being evil evil seems to be more expensive than being good evil. I have to pay to upgrade both red AND green minions? Bah! Not to mention there seems to be more items to buy for my tower than I remember.

Like Darth Mortis says, just head towards the building with Mandalore and the spawning will stop. If you don't go near the building then they don't stop.

IIRC they don't stop. You just have to ignore them and go see Mandalore.

Still working my way through Overlord on my evil evil run. I'm up to 35% corruption so far. Most of that is from killing people. I'm starting to "grow" armour spikes on my shoulders and my tower is definitely looking darker than it did on my 0% corruption run.

Product placement is fine as long as you make at least some attempt at being subtle with it. Having 3 second long shots of the front grille of a car so you can clearly see the badge is not my idea of "good" product placement.

The cars were very obvious and I'll agree on that. Every one of them had a nice long shot of the company logo on the front grille. The SD card was another one that bothered me because you have the close up of the card and as the woman pulls it out she shows it off to the camera for a couple seconds before pocketing it. The Nokia comments were a little over the top. How many times can we cram the word Nokia into one scene. The military equipment is not a problem at all. The military was a major focus of the movie (not one that I agreed with, but I can deal with it) so the presence of all the high tech military gear was completely justified, but it should have all be stomped into the ground IMO. I missed the references for Apple and Burger King so I can't comment on that. The PS2 just faded into the background. It was part of the scenery and not the focus of any one shot so I wouldn't classify that as product placement at all. That would be product placement that I can live with as it really isn't distracting. The Mountain Dew vending machine and the 360 were a little more intrusive, but they weren't as bad as some of the other items so I can overlook them. No Grimlock and Soundwave though, that's just totally unforgivable. :D

Yeah. He's shown on the highway and then disappears. Supposedly he and Bonecrusher team up on Optimus, but they get beat down. Personally I think Frenzy was the best part of the movie.

I have immense trouble sticking to any kind of self-set routine. Every now and then I'll get the urge to do something and I'll do 30-40 push ups and maybe the same amount of sit ups, or go ride my bike for 30 minutes, but then I'll end up not doing anything else for a week. Every time I try to start some sort of routine I'll stick with it for a couple days, maybe a week at the most before it slips my mind and I completely forget about it.
