If you use marijuana in moderation and in a responsible manner there shouldn't be a problem either. Also, if I was a manager and had to choose between two people with the same qualifications except that one drinks alcohol and the other one doesn't, I'd probably choose the one that doesn't drink. If that's how you feel about drugs there really isn't any option for you except outlawing all drugs.
