  1. http://www.rpgcodex.net/content.php?id=10231 Maximized the semi-random snip because it includes Cadegund, the Orlan Detective, Durance, Grieving Mother, and an MCA reference. They seem to be popular topics here... *edit* and ninja'd by Infinitron. Who else?
  2. You haven's seen The Martian or Ex Machina?
  3. My favorite bit in the series involved Gov. Christie and a school chair. *edit - found it. Specific link to the bit: https://youtu.be/KORZ8F--crY?t=427
  4. I loved Mitsoda's work on VtM:B, especially the haunted hotel -probably the single best piece of level designed I've experienced in a crpg. But in my opinion, the graphics and overall art in Dead State was abysmal. If they had gone with a different art design or even better, made it in the style of a Jeff Vogel game, it would have been much more palatable to me.
  5. Super rare original video cut of Purple Rain, with the unmissing third verse. http://uproxx.com/music/watch-prince-purple-rain-original-1983/ Amazingly enough, it hasn't been disappeared yet by Prince's people.
  6. Yeah, but the graphics were dismally bad...for a video game.
  7. I got bored after waking up at the school basement. And the graphics sucked.
  8. There might be a disconnect somewhere... NY Times: Rank and File Republicans Tell Party Elites: We’re Sticking With Donald Trump https://t.co/ibKKrpr2fh Then again, leading up to today's primaries, Trump's odds at winning in November have decreased from 9/4 to 3/1 in PaddyPower's books. Whatever the case, Clinton's campaign is salivating at this insurrection of the GOP.
  9. http://www.mmorpg.com/showFeature.cfm/loadFeature/10633/Interview-Josh-Sawyer-on-Wrapping-Up-Pillars-of-Eternity.html hımnn... well, [what I said 3 posts above.] : d Well that's somewhat disappointing. I was hoping they'd jump right in with a sequel. Hopefully they have something similar coming making use of the already established pipeline from Eternity. Pathfinder?
  10. There will be be at least one more additional patch, possibly more. What's beyond 3.02, I don't know.
  11. I agree. In fact, the movie as a whole was boring. But that's the image I have in my head when I think of Gatsby.
  12. Faye Dunaway and Robert Redford are the definitive Daisy and Gatsby to me. Plus there's also Sam Waterston. But the Lana del Ray song in the new soundtrack is stellar.
  13. Yeah, $130' is a bit much. Atleast it also comes with the base game.
  14. Collector's Edition. https://www.beamdog.com/products/baldurs-gate-siege-of-dragonspear-collectors-edition
  15. This is a good exercise. The Departed was better than Infernal Affairs. Haven't seen the original material, but Airplane! had to have been superior. Crossing mediums, but Firefly was a better rewrite to Alien Resurrection, as was Buffy.
  16. Whoops. Posted on the wrong thread. So how about them A's? We haven't traded away any MVP and CY Young candidates in several consecutive months!

  18. I liked the Clueless remake of Emma.
  19. At my agency, I'm working with a gov contractor in the next office over who retired 20 years ago with 20 years as an E6 in the Navy. Of course, he says he's using this job to pay off his monthly AMG payments...so I don't really know too much about his financial situation. I suppose his high 3 would be a matter of public record considering his rank/grade and retirement year...
  20. While not technically impossible, a KotOR 3 Kickstarter by Obsidian or purchasing the rights to it, would be incredibly improbable.
  21. Beem awhile since I read it, but I believe the answer is yes. This is a perfect casting. NSFW
  22. Nate Silver's take: http://fivethirtyeight.com/features/after-super-tuesday-can-republicans-still-take-the-nomination-away-from-trump/ CANDIDATE CUMULATIVE POPULAR VOTE Donald Trump 34.2% Ted Cruz 28.1 Marco Rubio 21.7 John Kasich 6.6 Ben Carson 5.8 Jeb Bush 1.7 Chris Christie 0.4
  23. Had to scroll further down... Carson: 350/1
  24. I was more referring to Republican turnout, they have now eagerness and desire to change leadership, like democrats had in 2008. So in general election democrats need to rise movement that gets people to vote, where GOP (Trump) has already one behind him. So republicans have fever for change where democrats feel content to current situation, and those who aren't content how things are run have higher likelihood to vote. Getting people vote somebody just to block somebody else is often more difficult task than continue snowball effect that Trump for example seems to have created (as he just don't win republican primaries but draw new people to vote). The problem is, though Trump has managed to garner the most votes, a clear majority of Republican voters detest the guy. This isn't even counting moderates and democrats who certainly won't vote for him in November. Clinton may very well double down and select Elizabeth Warren as her running mate to rally the liberal base and not count on disaffected mainstream Republicans.
