  1. It's nice to quote the source as well: So are they M/M, F/F or both?
  2. I can honestly say that it's the prettiest RPG I have ever seen. It really does make you feel like you are in the beautiful green world, and my character looked surprisingly good as well.
  3. Why is everyone so in love with d20 anyway? A system using dice pools is more realistic and just generally better.
  4. Yes, this thread needed MORE ignorant people spewing ignorant crap. Go mr kotor!
  5. I still don't have a clue, but I can totally wait until I get to play it myself.
  6. Google.com Well, of course, but I mean really specific and virus-free..... In this day and age you presume that most normal looking sites don't have viruses, use common sense and pack some anti-virus soft.
  7. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince Correct? Yup. Still trying to fill that hole that KotOR III left there?
  8. When the first expansion came out tanks and other armored vehicles took damage from normal bullets, which they didn't before. Never say I'd noticed it. It was minor to no damage probably? It was enough damage that a machine gun squad could blow up an armored transport. I think they fixed it, though.

  10. The smaller part lived in cities, and it couldnt be much different given middle ages agriculture dominated economy. people die because of diseases today as well. I'm not arguing that it was a mythical golden age of any sort, but the dark ages viewpoint was redundant a long time ago, and from the start it was enlightenment propaganda. There is a difference between 30-60% the population of Europe dying because of disease and the situation today.
  11. Sure, but there's a difference between something officially going freeware and something losing the copyright holder.
  12. I'd say they were the lucky ones. There were certainly less old people then.
  13. They might just as well give up on chess. The next big thing is GO, which has so many possible combinations that it won't be solved for a while now.
  14. That would have been a MUCH better 3rd expansion pack. Did they finally fix the bullets hurting tanks thing? That's when I stopped playing, I think.
  15. They even did it here in Tallinn. Quite a few people lived in cities by that time and cities were pretty much super gross. People in villages were probably somewhat healthier, but they still died because of diseases etc.
  16. The physics and deformable terrain are the best parts of it IMO. Nothing beats blowing a giant hole in a garrisoned building and having someone fly out with the force of the impact.
  17. You CAN'T be serious. The medieval people literally threw their crap out the windows onto the streets. They couldn't drink the water because it was full of that same crap so they had to drink very diluted wine. They believed that washing was bad(can't remember the reason). Not to mention the plague and other fun diseases. Fast food and pollution might be bad, but they have nothing on the medieval times.
  18. If your awesome/interesting game has gone freeware, post a link to the download site with the game. More screenshots and as far as I could tell "Thunder Star" is a motorcycle.
  19. I laugh at anyone who goes to a net cafe to post on forums. They could still have a steam-style offline mode.
  20. There was a website which collected all kinds of indie text adventures and some of them were supposedly pretty awesome.
  21. I don't think it's on any DD service. You can probably get it from eBay/Amazon, though.
  22. If we deny him three times, will he explode in a puff of smoke?
  23. Maybe your expectations are too high?
  24. What the hell? It's been out on the PC since 2002.
