  1. Anyone who has problems with having Int 1 and being able to max out your skills in FO3 needs a hobby, preferably multiple ones, now.
  2. That's just so... Bioware.
  3. Just like my ex-girlfriend. Hahahahahaha. Sheer elegance in its simplicity! That's what she said!
  4. I can so see Shale trying to cut himself, failing and then crying alone in the corner. "I just want to feel... something"
  5. Good for them? Also, Nokia phones FTW. The N900 is looking pretty good and running DOSBox on it will be sweet.
  6. Alone in a closet, preferably at night.
  7. Just watch it, it's really good.
  8. Awww, The Iron Giant was super sad
  9. Yeah, I didn't really look at the details, I just remembered the campaign.
  10. DA golems are dwarven warriors who agreed to have molten lyrium poured on them so their souls could be forever trapped in the fantasy equivalent of a tank. It is dark fantasy. Followers with a happy, lovely lives don't fit the game. That's pretty weird. Can dark fantasy have people without a dark past, though? There's all kinds of fun psychoses you can pick up when living forever.
  11. The relative lack of high profile PC-only(or PC-as-the-main-platform) games might also have something to do with it.
  12. A snippet from the way too long Eurogamer preview.
  13. They don't really have the sets or resources to do that, I guess. The origins part was really vague and blurry, I don't think RDM ever meant it to be anything other than a backstory.
  14. If by end you mean 1/3 through, then I agree.
  15. DVD drives are really cheap now, just get a new one. Everything breaks eventually.
  16. That was pretty interesting. I liked the Galactica stuff, but other than the other Cavil stuff, the Caprica stuff was pretty lame. It was interesting to see the Cavil-that-could-have-been, Dean Stockwell is still an awesome actor. It's also pretty funny that all of the cylons hidden in the fleet failed miserably and apparently the whole Simon line is a bunch of sourpusses. While it was interesting to see the other perspective, the whole thing still screamed of desperate plot hole filling and retconning. It's like RDM was going "Look! We were planning this all along. Did you see how he had that knowing look in his eye? Yeah, he was a cylon all along, honest." Also, I agree that it felt like a two-parter. They didn't show any of the Pegasus or New Caprica stuff.
  17. Yeah, I remember that now. You can get that version from Gamershell. I haven't tried it myself, though.
  18. Geez, do we really need a wise-cracking golem? Don't we already have Alistair? Couldn't they make him more golem-y and less "I hide my deep dark past behind my wise-cracking facade, but deep down I cry myself to sleep every night"? Please tell me that at least Dog doesn't make bad jokes or have a dark past.
  19. Does activision actually support the PC platform other than Infinity Ward/Treyarch (that other studio.) They published Prototype, Wolfenstein and X-Men Origins: Wolverine. They'd happily put the games out on Atari 7800, ColecoVision and Sega CD if it would get them more money.
  20. Whee, relevant PC strip:
  21. Most people who would have problems with it would rather play another game than search for cheats, let alone trainers. Nope, you just got to read the 'what makes an rpg a rpg' arguments that pop up every few weeks, then there's a lot of masterbaiting over BG threads, hating of Bethesda.(Hmm that sound familiar...) It's just the romance fans are quite often louder or to put it correctly, post mad. That being said the bio boards probably wouldn't be worth visiting without them. I'd say the major difference between here and there is they have less supercilious geek elitism and a younger average age. Both are insufferable in their own way.
  22. No one knows how hard it is. Or how people will react. Some games are hard, some games are easy. That's the way its always been. What I said was in response to alanschu, who has actually played it.
  23. So basically it's super special hard and more causal people will get steamrolled and then thrown to the wayside.
  24. Your flesh betrays you!
  25. Surprisingly, a large number of people who prefer romances and gifts have left the BioBoards for the BioSocial Network. Also: ugh.jpg So deviantart is actually the BioSocial network? I guess it makes sense if you think about it... One of us needs to actually make money. Who's going to put little Johnny through college?
