Im watching loads of entertaining series that include Season 4 of Mayans : This is a gritty and violent spinoff of Sons of Anarchy and in this latest season the Mayans end up going to war with the Sons. Its great and you will recognize some of the previous actors from the original Sons of Anarchy Hightown season 2 : A crime drama about police battling in drugs in Provincetown : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hightown_(TV_series) Law and Order season 21 and Law and Order: SUV We Own This City: From the producers of The Wire and its brilliant and its all about police success and corruption in Baltimore : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/We_Own_This_City Desert Rose : A South African drama about a dysfunctional family living in a drought stricken town, its got some hotties in it which is always a good thing https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Desert_Rose_(TV_series) Billy the Kid : It seems to be a revisionist story of the famous outlaw where he is good guy and misunderstood. Still fun https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14586544/

This has got huge potential. The one positive from Putins War is the US and its Western allies doesnt ever need to worried about being called warmongers anymore because all future invasions ...Im mean "special military operations " can be justified And it is so easy in the case of Turkey, you just say you "invading " because of Islamic Extremists. You cant use the Nazi card but you can easily argue the EU is worried about the borders of Turkey expanding. And then at the UN all we do is deny and repeat the same gaslighting Its a brave new world Putin has shown us, who needs to respect sovereignty when you have a more powerful military EDIT : Oh I meant to add, you also need to keep saying the West was provoked, thats very important to justify an invasion of Turkey

I have made this same point on Codex several times but I genuinely feel sorry for those Russians who dont support and never did the invasion of Ukraine. Thats one of the many disadvantages of living in an autocratic state like Russia. Citizens have no voice and no way to change the economic trajectory and future of Russia We have problems in all our Constitutional Democracies with the current global inflation but they are nothing compared to what Russia will be like in the next 18-24 months. And on Codex the majority of cheerleaders of Putins War all live in Western, first world countries. Of course none of them would actually live in Russia. And most of the Russian members who live in Russia dont like Putin and dont support the invasion. They care about their country like any patriot would but they not supportive of what Putin has done and they not positive about the future

Yes Sarex that must be true, great economic analysis there. Germanys economic success and strength must be because of Russian energy. It cant be because of the correct economic policies, hard work, effective government that ensures accountability and governance, the EU, education system or the advanced industrialization of Germany and now without Russian energy its going to collapse Makes perfect sense

Thank you for demonstrating my point. Many people, including yourself, dont understand the reality of the UK and its political decisions. Johnson didnt break-up the UK, he delivered on the mandate of the BREXIT referendum. Thats what political parties are suppose to do, deliver on what they say they will do when the majority of citizens have voted Hoonding dont allow yourself to be fooled and manipulated by misinformation and some media hyperbole. Always ask me if you not sure

The misunderstanding you guys are making with Johnsons leadership is you are judging him on the theater and media outrage like Partygate and ignoring how effective he was on the real issues like BREXIT and the overall UK response to the virus. He was also well respected internationally But I do now sadly concede its time for him to step down because he has clearly lost support within his own party Politics is a fickle mistress, I wouldnt want to be a politician

Great link and Im not surprised with some of the views For citizens in any country in the world to appreciate what a real Constitutional Democracy brings its needs to be realized and implemented correctly or it just becomes a word that is meaningless. And if implemented correctly you often do see meaningful and substantive economic transformation but it requires the correct government policies None of the countries that went through the Arab Spring can be considered nowadays proper Democracies, as the article mentions they hybrids And ironically the most stable and prosperous countries in the ME are not Democracies and have never claimed to be like most of the Gulf States but thats fine because if the majority of citizens are happy then we should leave them alone. Like China, Im sure most Chinese citizens, with exceptions like the Uyghurs Muslims, are more or less happy with the CCP when they told what to think? And then also its very hard to implement a proper Democracy, particularly around human rights, in any country under Sharia law but that doesn't mean most citizens in countries under Sharia law aren't happy if you consider the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait But in summary, the article raises valid concerns but they conflating Democracy with economic transformation. These are separate objectives but obviously inextricably connected because you wont see effective economic policies without an effective government
