But yes there are several political and social challengers we are facing in South Africa Subpar education at certain levels means people finish school and are unemployable A lack of real accountability and political discipline within the ANC means people can make serious political mistakes or be incompetent and there are no consequences Trade Unions are too influential and powerful We have people that still think Communism is great and big business is evil. So we have an ideological conflict within the country amongst people and within political parties But the good outweighs the bad in South Africa and I am confidant we can resolve this issues as time goes on

This has already happened. Why do you think the Chinese had such a vested interest in the recovery of the USA economy? End of the day the Chinese are an export driven economy, if large countries like the USA can't buy there goods they are in big trouble Look the sooner we realize that the economic collapse will inevitably lead to WWIII, the sooner we can build our own bunkers. End of the day if there isn't a massive change in the US the next economic down might be the one to kill us all. Plus with the political climate (rampant corruption) as it is, there will be no reforms that lead us out of this recession. OTOH by the time this happens China might have found another customer on one of the emerging economies, which might end up balancing the equation. Either way, interesting times ahead. That's the interesting thing, the USA isn't going anywhere despite the calls of doom and gloom from some circles. I don't want to mention any names (Republicans !!! ) The USA economy is recovering, or you can argue is in a stronger position than most places around the world. But ''fun'' in exercise is rather easy to achieve, once you feel the positive changes from proper exercise you will have fun while lifting. 100 %, I didn't know that about Crossfit. It is very popular in South Africa, several of my friends do it and they look good but if its not such a good idea do you have links that explain the negative. I would like to share this with them. Funny thing is one of work colleagues just tore his shoulder muscle doing Crossfit. But I can also understand why our comments about doing gym 5 times a week can actually annoy people. Even though that's not out intention. For most people they say they don't have time to go more than 3 times a week. Everyone is busy and has RL responsibilities, some people are studying and have kids. I get that. To be now told that " 3 times a week is not enough" can be frustrating and people think we are being haughty. But in most cases I don't agree with the reasons that people can't go to gym or do some kind of exercise 5 times a week. People can make the time if they are prepared to sacrifice other things, like playing games or chatting on forums

So I was watching the Piers Morgan show and they had some fitness experts on his show who help coach and train celebrities, so they really understand the human body and the principle of fitness. Anyway they basically affirmed what I have been saying, they said you need to do fitness training 5 times a week. It needs to become part of your lifestyle to achieve meaningful change. This idea that you can go to gym 3 times a week and do 30 minutes light cardio training is not enough. But they did say your training needs to be fun

Yes it is a sad day for South Africans and most of the world. But he was great man who lived a great life. If someone had to ask out of all the values and traits that Nelson Mandela could teach a person what would be the most important, I would say " reconciliation" and "compromise" Very important and nowadays often forgotten. That's true, they did leave that out and that's an egregious mistake. But there are some good ones in the list. These include PE, DA:I, Witcher 3, ME4, Fallout 4 and Dark Souls 2 Also I don't recognize any game unless there is a PC version
