  1. I've got 40. I've been to all but N. and S Dakota, Minnesota, Conn, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Delaware and West Virginia. One favorite? No way I could pick just one but Washington, North Carolina, and New Mexico would be at the top of the list Least favorite? Mississippi 40 !!!! That must be the record, what didn't you like about Mississippi
  2. well, am betting the % is lower than say the number o' english teenagers who believe winston churchill is a fantasy character. am willing to bet hard money that the % is less than the number o' russians who believe the chelyabinsk meteor were not a meteor at all-- top choices seem to include a US Govt. conspiracy, Russian Govt. conspiracy or aliens. HA! Good Fun! But Gromnir there are some very nasty and racist things people say about black South African men.. And some of the comments are just not worth even debating
  3. I have a much better idea...sex with you would make me feel even better than a boy And please no need to think the distance is a problem, remember I come from white privilege so money is no problem
  4. 37 !!! Holy Smoke thats amazing I have been to 6 states, my favorite was Georgia and Nevada Whats Kentucky like..and have you been to places like Alabama and Mississippi in the Deep South, I want to visit them
  5. This is considered a highly offensive thing to say, I'm not sure if its even true in SA ?
  6. Sure, let me know if you change your mind
  7. But Volo he does have a point For me it was Game of Thrones latest thread, you guys over-analyzed that series like nothing I have ever seen Sometimes in life its best just to not find intentional fault for no reason that makes sense
  8. Guys in the USA, here is an interesting question How many states have you traveled to in your lives and which were your favorite apart from where you live?
  9. Varana please remind me again, you are a history lecturer?
  10. Sorry my friend but this is one time you will have to admit you wrong These types of posts are very relevant and interesting because you share your life experiences This is not about people having to agree with you, it goes way past that. Its very interesting for me, I tell people in SA about you because many black South Africans think white people killed every Native American when they landed....so they think Native Americans dont exist and they not being facetious they just have limited understanding of history because of Apartheid
  11. Yes but I can buy it online and get it delivered to you? Dont worry about the money, consider it a gift And you may be wondering " why would he want to buy me a present ", my response would be has no one ever bought you a present ?
  12. Thats not a very flattering way to represent either candidates? Flattering? No. Accurate? Oh yeah. But on a serious note, a person doesn't have to like either candidate but cant we respect the institution of the election? Its the principle An election like this in the USA is unique, it is too important to dismiss all the various people who support either candidate by name calling
  13. WOD I appreciate your honesty on topics, I just want honesty. I dont get offended and I think you and I have a very good forum relationship? Do you not like the UK and why are you negative about the EU? I don't know why you think I don't like UK, and I think I expressed my views on EU previously. But the short answer is I believe in self-government. Okay but just so I'm clear when you say " self-government " can you go into detail and give examples
  14. I think Mrs May is far too canny a politician to do this, indeed her moderate stance in the referendum is probably what has almost guaranteed that she will lead the party in the immediate future. By playing the middle of the road she is appealing to a rather large demographic who are sick of the extremism and rhetoric, and also taking over the role that New Labour occupied. Now defining what exactly our position will be going forward as a trade partner, well that may be a minefield to tread, and one I don't envy anyone attempting. The expectations and factions are probably just as entrenched as those being brought into the referendum. I don't think anyone will be satisfied in the long term. That said I also don't believe Mrs May has the grit or sheer bloody mindedness of our last lady premier (who does?) and thus we cannot expect as good a deal with Europe as she might have achieved. " extremism and rhetoric " ? In the UK...what are talking about. Lets not embellish the reality of politics in the UK Nonek.,....our American friends are going through " extremism and rhetoric " with the various new political changes But to suggest that is happening in then UK?
  15. WOD I appreciate your honesty on topics, I just want honesty. I dont get offended and I think you and I have a very good forum relationship? Do you not like the UK and why are you negative about the EU?
  16. Well I appreciate the fact you are prepared to answer, why would you as a French Canadian want the EU to fail ?
  17. Thats not a very flattering way to represent either candidates?
  18. Yes thats exactly what I thought he meant, racism is a life time experience for some people and if someone claims " they experienced racism for 20 minutes " it could be seen as that person doesn't know what they are talking about But the reality is most white people dont know racism is because we have never been subjected to the real and at times generational racism that many people are subjected Nowadays in SA and around the world some white people say things like " black people are racist because they saidn they hate white people or we are told we need to share our wealth " Is this really racism? Doesnt it have to be about intent and impact to be meaningful? Oh and this isnt an attack on white people, how could we understand what something feels like if we never really been exposed to it?
  19. lol You may laugh but most white people can intellectualize racism but we dont really understand what it feels like But I doubt you also have experienced real racism? The historical view some Europeans have of East Europeans as being uneducated or uncultured is not real racism because its really not relevant or true ...so I'm not sure if you have other experiences ? I just find the phrase "I have experienced real racism for an entirety of 20 minutes!" to be inherently funny. Carry on. Okay but whats funny about it? Its true
  20. She's also ignoring the report of the police chief who said they tried to negotiate him, only to have those negotiations not work with the shooter expressing sentiment of wanting to kill more people. Yes but also what she said really irritated me because she was white and suppose to be educated But her misunderstanding of what BLM means and how she is suppose to support it has made her sound both stupid and insulting because in SA most people automatically support BLM because due to Apartheid they believe African Americans are being intentionally executed by white policeman Now for me I understand the BLM has validity but that doesnt mean everything they say they believe is real, of course some it is emotional and more about a negative perception they may have But to now think the Police should have been " sensitive " to an insane gunman is actually doing a disservice to racial relations ...you not helping BLM by going this route
  21. lol You may laugh but most white people can intellectualize racism but we dont really understand what it feels like But I doubt you also have experienced real racism? 22. Another winning component in this game is how CDPR has implemented Romance but also " mature " options through the various choices you need to make in way that comes across as very realistic I have never had to consider my choices as much as the Witcher series and the Romance... I feel I love Triss yet Yen is smoking hot .....but I think I will chose Triss at the end .
  23. Gfted1 would you like this as a present ? Would you use it?
  24. No thats not what they think They feel there is a systemic and orchestrated campaign to undermine them from white people ...so this is there way of resisting it Have you ever been the victim of racism? I have for about 20 minutes in Saudi Arabia...it really irritated me
  25. No happiness is a choice if you live in the EU, not that you have done much to assist our EU friends in feeling happy in living the EU In the example of the EU its a unusual construct, someone like Meshugger or Dark may feel the EU needs to change and they say " I'm not happy " ...but they happy they just dont realize how happy they are The EU is exactly what its suppose to be, it wont function without the central government and EU institutions...these are mandatory. So it makes no logical sense to say " we want more sovereignty " ...thats like saying " I want to watch a movie but the screen doesnt work " Hahaha I am not trying to embarrass you but you represent an important demographic in the EU structure You represent a fairly vocal group who criticizes aspects of the EU on issues like the "loss of nationhood " But please tell what exactly what you want from the EU, what would make you happy? And lets say you could ask for anything within reason Stop playing willfully ignorant, i have already stated my wishes several times in this thread. I mentioned that when people call me a troll it annoys me This is the other thing that frustrates me, I legitimately want to hear what you believe. And yet you cant explain it...I wasn't following the debate you were having with alum because most of the time you guys seem to debate semantics or some philosophical view which only you 2 seem to follow So please summarize your view ?.
