It was also part of the general tidy and clean up and organise the board's shortly before the release of PoE and the expectant surge of new people to the forums. Sometimes you just want to take care of a little housecleaning before visitors turn up....

You actually had it start with a discussion point about aesthetics and the view of beauty around the world, and that the forum members cover a fairly wide range of nationalities, so it had that mix of pretty women and a few points about why they were thought pretty. Then it kind of devolved into a bunch of people throwing up girls in string bikinis and the like versus the "sexy clothed" types, and all discussion pretty much died off. C'est la vie.

For the old call out.. Tor - SyFys Dune miniseries is the most okay adaption of the book to date I do have fond memories of that one, it didn't completely work, but it had a lot of good points and honest attempts.
