  1. Maybe Berath, yeah. Though to be fair priests in poe1 have not that much of uniquness when it comes to gods and so maybe other gods will work too. Apart from Magran. Durance will take care of that xD Hmm.. But huanu priests doesn't have proper "background" in poe1. Calling priest Mataru "hunter" or "aristocrat" isn't exactly correct
  2. Problem that standart druid doesn't have this "water" vibe, more focusing on "forest" so it is not particulary Huanu. Chanter might work though... Forgot about monk. He is probably most universal out of all characters as their paths looks like quite universal Priest... As far as I understand proper huanu do not worship standart engwithan pantheon opting instead for their own "versions" that does have certain differences(at least judging by differences Odra godlike and Ngati godlike)
  3. What about priest? Salvation of time to prolong spiritshift + minor avatar. Accuracy and deflection will get some hit though...
  4. Would really love to see more development of Terratus setting. We barely saw anything in original Tyranny
  5. So most likely laborer, hunter or aristocrat as a origin then? But what class would be most huanu? Probably ranger with lion companion at least there is quite a lot of lion companions in Wahaki village. Or maybe barbarian. I think barbarian maybe best bet then
  6. Priest + brilliant + salvation of time is still insane. Margan/berath or Rymrgand with mod can pull out insane damage under brilliant, extended by SoT
  7. So, spiritshift focused druid. Is it worth to keep him single class or it is better to multiclass for full attack access and other goodies? Wildstrike frenzy doesn't exactly look that good without community patch but on other hand it still allows to prolong shifted form
  8. Depends on the type of character. Low level defencive support can even pull his weight xD Yeah, he isn't THAT good at casting but still - some buffing spells don't exactly progress in term of spell effect with PL
  9. Donno I took 11 lvl caracters with me on DLC missions while being lvl 20 and it was ok. Got thrown out of Crusible though but Beast of Winter was managable. Though it probably depend on character type. Weapon using character can rubberband themselves a bit easier then casters
  10. Thats probably the biggest problem with buffing chanters in both first and second game. Why waste time on buffing when you can spam killers xD
  11. Psion focus regen is dependant on your power level. The higher your PL the faster they regen focus
  12. Psion/chanter should be viable. Standart way of ciphers to restore focus might be a bit problematic here. In my experience herald actually isn't that good for tanking if he is focused on buffing. Sure, he survives a lot, but enemies prefer actually damaging and squishier targets and healer/buffer herald diesn't exactly qualify as either.
  13. As for Spoils of Caed Nua I wouldn't call items op, however getting Shod-in faith for free at start remove a lot of early game frustration ecpecially on higher difficulties
  14. That's a lot of fish cheese Its just that I kinda like an idea to give myself +2 power level from the very start of game for pretty much free: Nimble from fleet feet to get +1 -> Blood sacrifice to get spell back to get additional +1. If we throw in power stone - thats PL5 at lvl 4
  15. As far as I know its a switch specific bug. You are better to write in tech support forum
  16. Yeah it doesn't look like that Obsidian or Microsoft want to drop Eora as a setting. There is a big chance for PoE to kinda follow fallout example - transfer from isometric game (PoE) into first person one (Awoved series assuming game succeed) but that's not related to setting itself
  17. Well I am not exactly trying to switch abilities barbarian has access to, only change subclass npc is having or order of abilities he is getting on specific levelups. Pretty sure it shouldn't affect entire tree
  18. Planning to try my hand at modding this game so decided to try with a simple overrepresented type of mod - companion tweaks. After researching manuals and structures of a file I have a few questions No matter how small change to companion class and/or levelling plan is, only way to implement it is overwriting entire tree? So it is for example impossible to create small injection mod that would turn Sarafen from no subclass SC barbarian to SC fury shaper, it doesn't matter that is it essentially just addition of free skills - it require replacement of entire "Game.GameData.CharacterProgressionTableGameData, Assembly-CSharp" block related to his SC barbarian choice, right? UI restricts amount of class choices to 3 no matter how many progression tables you make. So for example it is impossible for Aloth to have choice between all available wizard subclasses - even if there will be table progressions for every version, only three could be shown during recruitment phase?
