So.. Tonight's the night when Toronto finally gets eliminated, so I can spend the rest of the season coming up with lame excuses and needlessly mock other teams that are eliminated early.
-
I saw a list on the official Elder Scrolls forums how the stones scaled. Also, I didn't start closing those gates until well after level 30 and I never got a stone less than +25.
-
Just one problem: the sigil stones are scaled too. He basically just has to level up a lot to be able to catch a +15 stone. They scale up all the way to +25 by the way.

Yeah, kind of.. Only with a much lamer story (basically organic being against artificial intelligence). Not only that.. the three parts willall be Xbox 360 exclusive!!1 Those are the facts, no matter how twisted Volourn's brain is.

As far as I know, they're working on Mass Effect.. all three parts of it at once. To me that's three console titles. Then they have another console title without a name, which makes it four. Bioware is releasing Neverwinter Nights again? Unless they do, I'm pretty sure noone cares that they're still "working" on it. They're not exactly bringing anything new to the table by working on an ancient, crappy title. The MMORPG might be for the PC, but it's still only another clue at to how degenerate Bioware is becoming. Everyone and their grandma is jumping on the MMORPG bandwagon. As far as I am concerned, the only PC title they're working on is Dragon Age.. you know.. the forgotten title that's never mentioned anywhere?

So let me help you with the thinking part. It means that it looks like Bioware is wasting a lot more resources on marketing/developing their next console action RPG than on their next PC title. We'll see, maybe I'm wrong, maybe E3 will prove that Dragon Age is a top priority project at Bioware. I think it was almost two years since Bioware sent out their latest press release concerning Dragon Age.

http://www.antec.com/us/productDetails.php?ProdID=81800# It has a LOT of special features. The best part is that it has two different spaces for the PSU/HD's and motherboard/CPU. There's a huge fan supplying the lower part (PSU/HD's) of the case with cooling, and TWO huge fans supplying the bigger, upper part (motherboard/CPU) with lots of cooling. It's also built in aluminum, with three layered sides and plates everywhere, seriously reducing the sound levels from the fans. The HD's are fastened on silicone "pillows", which hinders vibration noises from transplanting through the chassis. It's perfect for those noisy Raptor drives. It's also very robust and cleverly built, with a lot of nice touches everywhere. It feels well thought-out.

It's about the same size too. It's huge! But I like the clean look of it. I think it's awesome.

http://dragonage.bioware.com/ vs. http://masseffect.bioware.com/ Bioware is a console market bitch by now.

Imagine being a Leafs fan then.

Come on, Ovechkin, get those last two goals! You know you can do it!

Been to my first Game Developers Conference

The database is stored on the servers of the company you purchased the product from, not on your own computer. -
Nope, because that would be stupid.

Damn, that list sucks! Piranha Bytes/Jowood announced today that they will be showing Gothic 3 at E3, but that list hasn't been updated since April 7! Bah, so much for going there to read the news..

By the way, when I talked to J -
I liked the final Thieves guild quests a lot. They were cool, although a bit too easy to foresee. I haven't done much in the Mages guild yet, but I've read Eldar saying that the final mage quests were cool. The main quest was kind of.. dull. I would leave that until you feel like you want to finish the game, because it really doesn't take very long.

http://www.eurogamer.net/article.php?article_id=63811 Nvidia owners still out of luck. I'm usually not very brand loyal (I go where the top-performance-per-dollar is) but my new Geforce 7800 GS is starting to annoy me. I might be imagining things, but I really thought the picture was much sharper in Oblivion with my Radeon 9800 than with my new Geforce, even though I am getting better performance from the Geforce. Also, I am having much more problems/glitches in some games. Is it normal to see flickering textures in almost every game with Nvidia? I don't remember such a nuisance from my Geforce Ti 4600, back in the day. My main gripe is the blurriness of the picture though. Am I really imagining things?

No, that's only true if you choose Nvidia. ATI has hardware support for both HDR and FSAA simultaneously.

Edmonton lost to St. Louis? That means they're two points ahead of Vancouver, but Vancouver has played one game less. The battle for the last playoff spot is pretty tight in both conferences it seems. Toronto is still seven points behind Tampa for the last spot but at least they have played one game less. It can be as little as five points, with a little luck. If only Tampa can continue losing.. Toronto have been playing pretty good recently, but it really doesn't matter. Except Tampa, Toronto are battling against Montreal and New Jersey. New Jersey won its seventh game in a row tonight and Montreal has only lost two games from the last ten! So no matter how good Toronto plays, the other teams are the hottest in the NHL right now and seem uncatchable. If only Toronto hadn't lost those two straight games against Montreal..
-
Weird. My Oblivion settings only allow me to use 4x FSAA maximum.

When I got a new computer case (on my birthday, exactly one week ago) I moved everything from my old case to the new one and installed a new GPU and soundcard. That was the first time I ever installed a motherboard for myself. I have, however, built other people's computers from the ground up. It's funny that I think it's much more stressing to build my own computer than others. Shouldn't it be the other way around? My new computer case: [/bragging]

I wonder if the controller will be usable for someone that is left-handed (like me)..

It has definitely been worth it for me. I have clocked 120+ hours by now and I'm still doing some odd quests and stuff. I am mostly looking for mods and game-enhancing stuff right now though, as I am thinking about restarting the game and doing another character build. My level 46 character only has like one or two levels left in him and he has become a bit stale (as there's really no unique equipment to be found anywhere, it seems). I am hoping to find a mod that rebalances the game (Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul looks good so far), a mod that perhaps increases the gravity (for better traps, better jump feeling and better falling) and one mod that doesn't seem to have a name yet, but actually increases the texture quality of the game immensely (lost the link).

Or touch a radiator just before you start working on your sensitive equipment.
