RANDOM VIDEO GAME NEWS!
Cheapest prebuilt I saw on a quick search was indeed 400e, with integrated graphics and a Celeron. If I pick the cheapest possible components I can probably get something for 500e without any guarantees it'll work. No advantages over consoles reachable at this price point. Whenever I start actually customising something with the principle of not buying total crap so that I can get use out of the case and a decent size HD, as well as graphics and audio that allow me to take advantage of my home theatre setup I always wind up at around 1200e. At this price point I can start to run stuff reliably at 1080p and high settings, which is where I'm getting an actual improvement over a console.

If I could actually have a decent gaming PC for the price of a console, obviously I would have one. As it is, I've gotten both my consoles for less than half of what a decent gaming PC would cost me, so either a) you guys are talking out of your asses, b) I live in a country with a seriously uncompetitive PC parts market or c) both. Frankly, I suspect that when you're comparing prices you're not calculating all the actual costs of a pc but something like mobo+gfx card+memory at best.

Mass effect Trilogy
I have similar feelings towards the me series as I have towards my ex, it has hurt me in a way I can never forgive, but I still have feelings towards it and the acceptance that I've spent some of the best times of my life with it.

What you did today
Same here. Set up a date with a seriously hot girl for next week. Totally not feeling it, getting secondary depression from realising how bad a crush I have on the (taken) coworker. ****.

I agree with a lot of your points and find the ones I don't agree with well argumented, but I think these were mostly fixed for 3, though replaced with side quests reminiscent of DA2 on a bad day (hand in the corpse for 3 gold, why not) and, well, an ending that can, even after all the patchwork, best be described as sticking up a middle finger to anyone who actually cared about the games (so sue me, I cared about them), or "questionable", if you will.

While I'm certainly confused by the naming decisions the past year or so, it almost makes me wonder if the initiative was something really pushed by Ray (who was the VP of RPGs or some similar title). The "going there and back" is mostly just "Okay?" from people here though. A plausible hypothesis. Theory fits evidence. Get doctorate! Have real convers*slaps self*

Of course, there's different service cultures. I'd get hauled off in irons if I refused to pay for something that's 20 minutes late.- RANDOM VIDEO GAME NEWS!

The only good thing about dating a vegan is that they'd go with the latter alternative. (Still, never again).- RANDOM VIDEO GAME NEWS!
And I call BS on his attitude. I have read two of his books, and nothing elevates him from the cesspool of epic fantasy literature. In fact, the game was the best thing that happened to him and to his books. In some ways the games are even superior, like the characteristic atmosphere of the first Witcher (that is nowhere to be found in the books). The reason his books never got a worldwide breakthrough in the genre is because they aren't good enough (and they wouldn't be even if he was American). The reason the game succeeded is because it was (and still is) a great achievement in the world of computer games. I'm betting he got a lump sum instead of royalties. And regrets it.- Movies you've seen recently
